In front of the beach of Usil-Mogro and Natural Park of the Dunes of Liencres (the most important arenal of the North coast).
800m from the “Abra del Pas” Golf Course.
Beaches of fine sand in all the surrounding villages, the most important being the estuary that configures the Pas River. Surrounded by a great landscape environment combining the greenery of the countryside and the sea.
Very quiet area to go with children. It has free WIFI.
The apartment has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, toilet, bathroom, terrace and garage.

A lovely, clean and welcoming place to stay with pool and tennis - perfect for our teenage boys

A very relaxing week in a lovely, peaceful location with beaches very nearby and all amenities within a 10 minute walk. The property was clean, welcoming and the views were beautiful. The pool and tennis court were great for our teenage boys and we could easily have spent every day just at the villa. Beaches nearby were great for swimming and boarding. Would highly recommend for a relaxing family break - easy to get to from Bilbao and even closer to Santander - a 20 minute train ride away. Our hosts were present, but very unintrusive and presented us with fresh pears from their trees. Evenings were spent in the pool and then admiring the view across the fields to the sea and watching glorious sunsets. Bird life included swallows, martins, buzzards and eagrets with vultures on a trip towards the Picos.

El alojamiento es estupendo. Está en un enclave maravilloso, muy bien equipado y con una piscina impecable. Los anfitriones son encantadores y están atentos a cualquier cuestión que pueda surgir. Es un lugar para repetir muchas veces.

Bel appartement avec une piscine privée et une belle vue sur la baie. Le logement est propre et bien équipé, calme. Les propriétaires sont présents sur place si besoin. On a pu découvrir une belle région d'Espagne qu'on ne connaissait pas du tout.

Le point fort une vue magnifique, une très grande piscine, le seul problème c’est que des gens de l’extérieur venaient se baigner dans la piscine avec des enfants et ados donc impossible de se reposer ou de lire. Dès leur venue nous partions de la piscine. Vu le prix de location je pensais qu’elle était réservée qu’aux personnes ayant réservé le séjour

Idéal pour des vacances au calme

L'appartement est propre, fonctionnel et idéal pour des vacances au calme tout en étant proche des principales attractions touristiques. Seul petit bémol le beau temps qui nous a manqué mais nous avons pu apprécier la piscine de la propriété grâce à la gentillesse de nos hôtes

Ubicación excelente

El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario y está muy limpio. Muy cómodo para desplazarse y visitar todas las zonas, tanto de costa como de interior. Lo mejor de todo y lo que le hace realmente especial, son las increíbles vistas y la tranquilidad y paz que se percibe por todos los sentidos. Muy recomendable, hemos estado muy a gusto y lo echamos de menos.

Precio, ubicación y vistas bien, resto regular.

Hay que reconocer que el precio es razonable para las vistas y tiene una buena ubicación para hacer excursiones. Sin embargo el anuncio es algo engañoso dado que no quedaba claro que en la casa vivieran los propietarios y los 3,000m de jardín no son utilizables. Adicionalmente faltaban algunas cosas que se veían en las fotos como las mesas de jardín. La limpieza de la casa era buena pero no de los platos y cazuelas que tuvimos que limpiar nosotros nada más llegar. Adicionalmente recomendamos cambiar el sofá dado que es bastante incómodo y no había algunas cosas básicas como cojines para el sofá o incluso sartenes para freír. En resumen, no nos arrepentimos de haber ido pero no volveremos porque hay opciones mejores.

Es la segunda vez que estamos en el apartamento y pensamos volver. El apto es cómodo, está limpio,bien equipado y perfectamente atendido por José Manuel y Angela que son muy cercanos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Las vistas son maravillosas. La piscina es un plus para familias con niños o si te gusta nadar o bañarte sin riesgos. La zona tranquila . El pueblo tiene supermercado,carnicería,oficina bancaria... Sin duda recomendable.

Excelentes vacaciones en un lugar precioso

Apartamento muy tranquilo, acogedor, limpio y bien equipado. Con vistas fabulosas de prados y ria (muy bonitas las subidas/bajadas de la marea en la ria. Muy cerca de Santander (10-15 minutos en coche). Los paseos por el entorno son muy agradables. Los equipamientos ( jardín, piscina, aparcamiento, etc...), tal y como lo describen los propietarios en el anuncio. Los propietarios muy atentos en todo momento. Recomiendo el sitio, nosotros seguro que volveremos.
