Situated on a cliff with magnificent, unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea, offering privacy and seclusion in a quiet and unique setting. Pattoo Villa is the perfect setting for couples, families, extended families and small groups.

With this affordable daily rate shown here, your family or small group can enjoy a glorious vacation in paradise.

The newly refurbished villa features eight bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom and controllable air-conditioning units. The villa also features two kitchens, a Chef can be hired for the full duration of your stay or for a special event.

Wedding venue & guest house!

Pattoo was a dream to stay at during and after our wedding. The staff on site are so respectful and attentive. If you’re considering this property, do yourself a favor and stay here for as long as you can. There isn’t any place like it in the world!!

Wedding weekend of my dreams.

The property was amazing and the staff was great. Our entire bridal party got to stay with us on site which made getting ready on wedding day super easy. Between the pool, reefs right off the cliff, and gorgeous views we had a hard time getting people to leave and do anything in Negril. My dad already wants to rent it again for my mom’s 50th birthday in two years.

Christmas Trip to Pattoo

We booked the Pattoo Castle for our work Christmas trip and it was absolutely amazing! Gary was very responsive and answered any and all questions that we had. He recommended chef Janice, and she made incredible meals. The on-site staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect.

Magical and Dreamy

Our stay at Pattoo Castle was a dream. I had my wedding there a couple of weeks ago. The property is beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. The staff are really nice and helpful. Gary was amazing, great at communicating when needed. Love all the outdoor spaces and the views of the ocean. All my family and wedding guests were amazed at how beautiful the castle is. Definitely would recommend for your stay.

Fairytale Wedding

Had a fairytale wedding at Pattoo Castle and then my husband and I stayed at the castle a few nights after the wedding. Gary and his staff are amazing! Pattoo Castle is beautiful and pictures don’t even do it justice. My guests were in awe! Loved being able to swim in the ocean and enjoy the scenic views. Each room is spacious l, beautiful and clean. Can’t wait to come back!

Pattoo Castle was an absolute dream. Every room is spacious and clean with comfortable bedding, AC, TV, and an en suite bathroom. The kitchen is huge, and if you hire the chefs, you will not be disappointed (we were only ever disappointed when we ate off of the property!) Our visit was a month after hurricane Melissa, and despite the storm taking away some of the greenery, the entire property was still immaculate and the perfect background for photo shoots in every corner. This listing is very true to its photos, and then some! There are so many spaces throughout the castle to meet as a large group. We were on a retreat and appreciated being able to change up our meeting locations. We loved hanging out in the pool, overlooking the ocean; doing yoga on the lawn, and jumping off of our private cliff. The staff at Pattoo Castle is so helpful too. It was like having a multi staff concierge. I have no idea how I’ll ever top this experience!!

Pattoo Castle was absolutely breaktaking!!! All of the pictures and videos do it now justice at all! My husband and I got married at the castle and our family stayed with us for four nights. All of the staff was excellent!!! Anything we needed, they were right there! Do not hesitate to book Pattoo Castle!!

Communication with Gary and on site staff was superb from point of booking & throughout. They work so hard to keep the place looking pristine, much kudos to them all. Amazing venue as a holiday home. Our stay at Pattoo Castle was truly unforgettable, and hosting our wedding there made it even more special. The property is absolutely stunning, beautifully maintained, spacious, and full of character. Our wedding was amazing, and to this day our guests are still commenting on how beautiful the venue was. The views, ambiance, and overall setting created the perfect backdrop for such an important celebration.The staff overall were welcoming, and the experience felt thoughtful and well curated. That said, there were a few areas where clearer communication would have improved the experience. The chef’s pricing was not clearly explained in advance, and we were later charged separately for ingredients that were kept locked in the cabinets. When the additional fees were discussed, the conversation felt short and was done in front of our guests, which made the situation uncomfortable.Despite this, our overall experience at Pattoo Castle was very positive, and it remains a truly breathtaking venue. With more transparency around meal pricing and a more private approach to discussing additional charges, the experience could be even better. We would still recommend Pattoo Castle to anyone looking for a beautiful, memorable place to celebrate a special occasion.

Amazing, no notes!

Pattoo Castle hosted myself and 14 friends for my wedding weekend, and we also had the wedding on site. The house is even better then the pictures, each room is beautifully done and our guests were wowed. Gary was a pleasure to work with, he accommodated us during several site visits and responded to all of our communications promptly. The natural beautiful of Pattoo barely needed any decor to shine on the day our our wedding. The staff was amazing- we cannot recommend the housekeeping and chef enough. We feel so lucky to have found this location and grateful to the Pattoo team!

Best time we’ve ever had

I don’t know where to begin. We had a bachelor/bachelorette trip here turned surprise wedding. Pictures and words do this place no justice, it’s truly magical. Gary and his team were amazing and felt like family by the time we left. There is nothing Patrick won’t do to make your stay the best. Janice and Michaels cooking was better than any restaurant. Michael also is a gem to talk and be around. Carol kept our rooms spotless and helped with all of our laundry. Lewis and Darren were our security and had the best convos. This castle has a special place in our hearts and we will definitely be back!!

Magical experience

We stayed here for 4 nights as part of our wedding and it was the most incredible experience. Gary is a fantastic host, Janice was such a great housekeeper and chef that we wanted to take her home with us! Everyone had a really great time, all of our asks were accommodated and we just couldn't have asked for anything more from Pattoo and all the staff. Just WOW!

I can’t say enough positives about Pattoo Castle and the overall experience our group of 15 had. Gary the owner is extremely responsive to any of your questions and responds immediately. The staff at Pattoo Castle is phenomenal- from Janice , Michael (chefs) Patrick (overall healer), OKeefe (security) to housekeepers and grounds keeper. By the end of the week the staff felt like family to us. They truly cared about us and our needs. They gave us advice on excursions, arranged transport and provided transportation themselves (Michael). I have never stayed anywhere before with such amazing staff. The castle itself is hard to put into words. It is a fabulous place. It provided everything we needed. Numerous nooks and private places to sit and relax- you never felt on top of each other.- definitely an open air feel. Gorgeous sunsets every night. You will not be disappointed. Numerous restaurants within walking distance or short drive. Some restaurants mom and pop places others bigger names- ie Rick’s cafe. If this is one of your choices- book it!

Beautiful Vistas, Unmatched Memories

Pattoo Castle is an amazing property with the caring staff to match. My partner and I brought our family together for a small getaway and intimate ceremony at the castle. Pattoo castle does not disappoint! It is actually better than the pictures, jaw dropping beautiful location. Everything was just as described and even better (we didn’t think the master had ac and it did) . Miss Janice and her son Michael cooked us dinner three nights in a row and one big breakfast the morning of the wedding and everyone loved the food. Patrick was so extremely helpful and kind, housekeepers worked quietly behind the screens to keep our rooms looking great and common spaces cleaned up as we had lots of foot traffic bringing in mud when it rained. I can’t express how grateful I am to have found this place and booked it. The memories of this place will last a lifetime

Pattoo Castle left us speechless. As soon as we drove onto the property our mouths dropped. The pictures don’t do this place justice, it is stunning. Exceptionally clean and architecturally beautiful. On top of that, all of the Pattoo team, Janice & Mike (5 star chefs), Patrick, Carol, and Gary made us feel like family. We got married here, and it was everything we could’ve dreamed of and so much more. Thank you for making magic happen Pattoo team. We can’t wait to visit again next year.

Outstanding!!!

When I tell you, I am extremely grateful for, 1st the owner Gary. He communicated what ever information he had available, regarding covid testing, excursions and guidelines on what to expect, due to covid. The outstanding Staff of the Pattoo Castle!!! The Cook (Janice) as well as her son Michael. Every dish was outstanding!!! She cooked us three meals a day, ( breakfast, lunch and dinner). The pictures really doesn't do this Castle any justice!!! We were a party of 16 and we all really had a fabulous time!! I'm looking forward to our yearly experience already!!! 🥰🥰💪🏽💯❤
