Other resorts simply cannot provide the same level of personalized service as our staff, all hand picked to serve! We have 24 hour security as well as full time access (8am-8pm) to your own concierge team! Our all-inclusive getaway includes food and non alcoholic drinks, full time personal chef/butler, daily cleaning service, and personal driver/chauffeur to fully enhance your relaxing vacation experience.

Just steps away from our villa, Little Bay country club provides full access to the community pool that overlooks white sands and the blue ocean of Little Bay in eastern Negril. Our cove is world renowned and equipped with breathtaking reefs as well as amazing marine life, all located within a protected fish sanctuary.

Also included is Tennis and Basketball, as well as many other water and land sports, paddle boarding, volleyball, football, and soccer.

Outside of our private resort, we are just minutes away from the world famous Ricks Cafe, Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, and the Jungle nightclub. In addition, all the wonderful downtown Negril amenities are available to you throughout your stay. For additional cost, day trip to Dunn’s River Falls, Parasailing across the Negril coast, spa treatments, night out on the town, etc can be arranged. Our staff is here to help you plan these activities in advance and/or once you arrive.

Finally, our Villa is FULLY AIR-CONDITIONED and is ideal for 4 couples or two couples with children. Max capacity is 10 total guests.

Cannot recommend this villa enough! The whole team was absolutely amazing before and throughout the trip. Denva is a fabulous chef and kept us fed and happy the whole time, Kim was always there to help with the house and Willie was a great driver taking us from random trips to the grocery to day trips to Ricks. We had such a great experience getting to know each of them and they made our whole trip seamless.

The support staff, the house and location made this a perfect vacation for my 82 year old mom, my sister and our 5 kids. The house is very close to the beach and pool. It is quiet and chill with a swimming area as well as rocks that make for good snorkeling. Access to a driver made it easy to get in and out and to explore other parts of the country. For two moms with demanding jobs, having the time to spend together while not cooking and cleaning made it a true vacation. Denva and Kim felt like friends by the end of the week. The owner, Sule, was quick to respond and attentively checked on us during the week.

Denva and Kim were both amazing. Already talking about another trip. Denva was great to reach out before to help address the food menu and also helped if wanted setting up daily activities. Kim kept the place fresh and clean with a great attitude. It’s a different take on an all inclusive but my family really enjoyed it!

Dream vacation in Paradise

First off the owner Sule was very helpful and quick to respond, answered any questions we had leading up to the stay. Sule made sure we was able to navigate through Negril safely with his drivers at hand. The house was amazing, very spacious enough room for 10 people to easily fit comfortably in. The bathrooms was nice and clean, the beds were very comfortable, the living room had enough space everyone to sit and the kitchen and dining was great space for everyone as well with large table and lots of seats. The beach was steps away with white sand and blue water. There was also a very large swimming pool open to villas guests and residents which we used as well. The back yard was just pure tranquility and peaceful with fire pit for nice cozy nights. I decided to save the best for last, the butler Denva and his assistant K. The best cook, with amazing Jamaican and American food he definitely did not disappoint, every meal was prepared with love, so delicious and presentation was always nice. Denva and K hospitality was unmatched. I will definitely be visiting again and again!!!!!!! I also would like to add we felt safe at all times there was security on the property and they were nice and helpful as well.

Wonderful property in Negril

Beautiful townhouse with gorgeous bathrooms in Little Bay country club for our family group of 9. Best location right on a cove beach and next to the pool. Easy walk to Bloody Bay with hotels, shops and activities. Short ride to 7 mile beach. We were spoiled by the cook Denva who made delicious Jamaican style meals and the housekeeper Aisha who kept the house clean and tidy and did our laundry. The staff arranged a candlelight lobster dinner right on the beach with a live 2 man private band. Very special! Little Bay is a quiet, private development, so no hassle over beach chairs etc. But if you want night life, it’s a short ride to night clubs or bars along the beach. Sule, the owner was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. He is the new owner as of end of 2003, thus we are the first review of the new listing.
