Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our last minute vacation! Everything was so easy and comfortable and Lance is a wonderful host. We loved the convenience of being right on the beach and close to downtown. The condo itself is beautiful. It is exceptionally clean and it has everything you need for your stay. The view from the living room is gorgeous, the bedroom is cozy and we loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings. We can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay and we hope to be back one day!

Our stay was nice. We were celebrating our 28th wedding anniversary and we let them know ahead of time. Wish we would have had a welcome for that but it wasn’t a big deal. The unit was plain but clean so that made all the difference in the world to us. We did have an issue with the Nextdoor neighbor. Their dog barked a lot, especially at 7:30am when we were trying to sleep and they parked all their beach stuff under our window and made a lot of noise in the morning getting their stuff together. The view was stunning and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony. We did not use any of the amenities but did notice that the pool looked dirty and green.

10/10 recommend! Lance was incredibly easy to work with and everything in the unit was great. Loved the 75 inch TV. Beach access is steps away and having chair service at the steps made everything super convenient. We’ll definitely be back again.

This is my 3rd time staying in Lance’s condos. He is so very easy to work with. I love that it’s right on the beach and pet friendly. Everything you need is here. Just bring your food and clothes, walk right in and be at home away from home! Will absolutely be staying again in the future.

Great condo and very clean. We were able to bring our 5 yr old Basset Hound and everyone including her enjoyed our stay. We actually decided to add an extra night and our host made that so easy. Will be back to stay at the Caribbean 702.
