Luxurious 9th floor west corner penthouse unit with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and Little Lagoon from your master bath.

Caribbean #804 is located in a Gulf front, low density complex that has only 32 units. It features 9' ceilings, windows in every room being a west corner unit, and it has a reserved covered parking space right by the elevator lobby.

Once you arrive you can back your car up right to the elevator and unload the family. You have a heated salt water indoor pool, fitness center, and outdoor pool in addition to the beach steps away to help you relax.

Our unit comes fully furnished with all the conveniences you expect in a luxury vacation home. We stock our unit with premium sheets; 600+ thread count and extra plush towels to give that luxurious feel you deserve.

We have extensively renovated our condo with all tile floors (including bedrooms), granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, new King mattresses, dining room and living room furniture. A luxurious vacation awaits you!

Your summer/spring vacation or winter retreat will be perfect in this beach front condo with 2 bedroom and 2 full baths. It includes everything you could possibly want in a relaxing and fun-filled Gulf Shores summer vacation or for your winter retreat.

Our fully furnished kitchen includes everything you will need for all your cooking necessities.

This unit is pet friendly for dogs only, however no dogs are allowed on the beach in the city limits. We have a pet fee of $105 for 1 or $175 for 2. No cats allowed.

We have 4 other units in this building and one beach house across from the Gulf State Park if you need additional accommodations.

The location was good. It is probably the smallest “penthouse” we have ever stayed at. Do not be fooled by the pictures. Master suite is on the road side of the condo. The cleaning service could do a better job. But over all it was fairly clean. Not enough amenities such as trash bags. Check out time is the earliest we have ever had. It is at 9:30am.

The size is in the listing as well as up to date photos that show the master bedroom and master bath with a northern view of Little Lagoon. We offer late checkout at no additional cost if requested and can be accommodated by our cleaners.

My goddaughter and I stayed for a week for a girls’ trip. The beds were very comfortable and the views were amazing from the balcony. We saw others using the pool, but we spent our time on the beach. It was easy to rent chairs & umbrella from the vendor on the beach same day, or you could pre-book online.Coming from one who loves to cook, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, nice knives, cutting boards, and most anything you’d need to cook for your family, except food and spices! I was very pleasantly surprised!!Grocery stores Publix, Rouses, and Walmart easily accessible within 10 min.We used the washer & dryer in the unit, which was very convenient.Lance was quick to respond to our inquiries and we had no issues.We had a very relaxing trip and are already discussing a trip next year and to stay in the same unit.

Stayed here for a weekend with my daughter, 4 years old, and it was exactly what we needed. The beachfront view is absolutely amazing—waking up to the water was such a highlight. The beach access was easy and convenient, and we loved having the pool as an option too. Overall, a very relaxing stay and we’d definitely come back!

We live in Gulf Shores and love the area. We have 4 children; Emma, Lachlan, Lennox and Piper that love the beach and pools. We are not far away and enjoy staying at Caribbean when other families are not enjoying it. It has been such a joy owning this unit and being able to share it with other families throughout the year. And it has been a fun journey renovating; making it a truly luxurious, high-end destination.

Why they chose this property

We like the low density of only 32 units but all the amenities of a larger complex. Also the 9' ceilings which give it a larger feel than many of the other condos in the area.
