Welcome to our brand-new studio apartment! Located in Dubrovnik’s peaceful Lapad area! This private studio is nestled in a charming home, just a short walk from the popular Lapad beach, the lively promenade, and nearby cafes, restaurants, and shops.
The studio is ideal for couples or solo travelers, offering comfortable accommodation with a double bed, flat-screen TV, and air conditioning to keep you cool during those warm summer days. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need, including a toaster, stove, kettle, and coffee machine. You’ll also find fresh linens, towels, and a private bathroom with a shower for your convenience.

Guests have access to the shared terrace.

The bathroom is private, en-suite, and directly connected to the studio.


The aprtment is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood a few minutes away (walking distance) from Uvala Lapad, which is a walkway that connects the beach with the main traffic roads filled with cafes, restaurants (great for date night) and playgrounds (perfect for families with children). There are multiple beaches less than 20 minutes away (walking distance).
Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.
Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 10 min away by a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay (from the accommodation, a super market 100 meters away and a bus stop 150 meters away for a bus that goes directly to the Old City center.)

Lovely apartment in Lapad

Such a lovely apartment ! I loved the design, colors and simple furniture of the room. There are nearby supermarkets, a bakery and restaurants. Lapad Beach is close too. The bus stop Posta Lapad is practical both to go to Old Town (Bus No.6) and for pick up point to join 1 day tours. I could fully enjoy my stay in Dubrovnik with this place :)

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Nice place in a quiet neighborhood but close to cafes and restaurants. It's up on a hill. Accessible with taxis or Uber.

Brilliant service!

High-end vacation!

The apartment met basic standards but was not worth the price. Upon arrival, the stovetop and kitchen utensils were dirty, and we had to clean them immediately. While we appreciated the croissants and coffee, we were not informed that everything is closed on Sundays, forcing us to rely on expensive restaurants. The living room was fine, but the TV only had 10 Croatian channels. Cooking was difficult due to the ineffective range hood, and the windows faced a wall, trapping odors inside. Additionally, the walls were very thin, making it hard to sleep without earplugs. Reaching the apartment required climbing two steep flights of stairs daily, which was exhausting even for young people like us. However the bathroom was the worst: no working outlets, a barely functional water heater providing only 5 minutes of hot water, and leaks that spread water throughout. The bathroom door was old and often got stuck.

Glorious residence!

Das Zimmer war sauber, der Check-in war flexibel und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut. Für eine Nacht war die Unterkunft für uns völlig in Ordnung. Allerdings war das Badezimmer sehr klein, was uns etwas gestört hat. Für mehrere Tage wäre das für uns eher unpraktisch. Außerdem gibt es keine Möglichkeit, Handtücher oder nasse Strandsachen richtig aufzuhängen und trocknen zu lassen. Eine solche Möglichkeit hätten wir uns besonders gewünscht. Auch einen Parkplatz zu finden, war etwas schwierig. Insgesamt für eine Nacht okay, für einen längeren Aufenthalt würden wir uns jedoch ein größeres Badezimmer, eine Möglichkeit zum Trocknen von Handtüchern und Strandsachen sowie bessere Parkmöglichkeiten wünschen.

High-end vacation!

Very friendly and comfortable but not good organization, they gave us the wrong room and moved our stuff to the correct room without our permission, when we specifically tell them not to. There was nothing missing except our food, which they politely gave us back. The hot water is controlled by other rooms so you have to ask to turn them on. Slavica is a very nice and kind person and it’s a very good place to stay close to the beaches.

Special place!

Es war nicht schlimm, aber auch nicht gut. In der Anzeige steht, dass man die Unterkunft ohne Treppen erreichen kann. Das war nicht der Fall. Das Apartment war leider auch nicht so sauber wie man es sich wünschen würde. Von den Regalen hingen Staubfäden, unter dem Bett war Müll und auch eine menge Staub. Der Herd war fleckig. Aber das schlimmste war das Badezimmer. Hier sieht man leider, dass nur oberflächlich gereinigt wird. An der Decke ist auch eine Stelle mit Schimmel. Die Tür war auch schon vergilbt. Die Ausstattung ist leider auch nicht wie beschrieben. Es wird von einem brandneuen Apartment gesprochen. Das ist aber nicht mehr der Fall. Eine der Lampen neben dem Bett war kaputt und wurde einfach ohne Lampenschirm weiter benutzt. Die Wände waren fleckig und hatten viele Löcher. Außerdem stand in der Anzeige es gibt es Spülmaschine. Die haben wir vergeblich gesucht. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein. Wenn man auf das alles keinen wert legt ist die Unterkunft nicht schlecht.

Great stay!

Tout était très bien, le logement était propre. Pour aller à la vieille ville , il vous faudra environ 1h à pied ou 40 minutes en bus (il faut le prendre au niveau du rond-point, bus 6).

Extraordinary journey!

Meine Partnerin und ich durften für einen Kurztrip in dem Appartement "Soft Waves" einchecken. Für unseren Aufenthalt war das Appartement absolut ausreichend und vorallem sehr sauber. Die Umgebung ist einfach nur schön und definitiv eine Empfehlung!

Very nice stay

Slavica and Zoran are incredibly hospitable host and we felt like family. They are friendly and generous with their time as they brought us to find some wild asparagus one weekend which we really enjoyed a lot. They have also introduced us to many beautiful and historical locations in the city. The location is in the perfect area too with great views of the sea and mountains, and the rooms are clean. Highly recommended for digital nomad staying longer term too. The place is walkable to many amazing nature areas nearby. We would unreservedly recommend to anyone who enjoy walking and nature. It was a pleasure staying at your place. I am grateful Slavica & Zoran, hvala!
