The apartment features great view over the Old town walls and Old port of Dubrovnik.

The most attractive part of Dubrovnik is just a few minutes walking distances to the Old City and the Walls.
Ploče is and represents the eastern entrance to the Old City with its wooden drawbridge which in history used to be raised at the night for the protection of the city.
Most of the luxurious and well-known hotels (Excelsior, Argentina, Villa Dubrovnik) are situated in this area as well as two of the most beautiful beaches: Banje beach and St. Jacob with their spectacular view of the Old City, Walls, and Old Port.
Not to forget the famous cable car which can lead you up to hill Srđ to enjoy the panoramic view of Old City, Adriatic Sea, and in the afternoon stunning sunsets. There is also a restaurant up there so you can enjoy your view with a cup of coffee, a glass of wine, or good Mediterranean cuisine.

Great stay!

Really nice stay in Dubrovnik! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to the Old Town, so it was easy to walk everywhere. Everything went smoothly and we had a lovely time. Would definitely recommend!

Nice studio, perfect location

The property is in a very convenient location just outside the city walls. It has a view of the old marina which is really nice. The unit was clean and as expected from the property description. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Glorious residence!

Great, affordable apartment in a good location. You can easily walk into the old town and back, to the beach, or to the fantastic coffee shop down the street in the morning. The area feels completely safe at all times of day. The host was brilliant at communicating and was helpful throughout the check in process. The air conditioning and wifi are excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen could do with a few extra basic utensils to make cooking easier, and during our stay the kettle was not functional. The mount for the shower was also broken, so we had to hold it by hand. Besides that, the apartment was good. If you are in Dubrovnik for a night or two and just need somewhere to rest your head after exploring the city, this is ideal. If you want to spend a bit longer, like 1 week, and need to cook meals and spend time in the apartment, I might look elsewhere.

The best location in old town and you can see the city walls directly from the window as per the description. Jelena and her team were very accomodating. I highly recommend.

Glorious residence!

Amazing stay while in Dubrovnik! The Airbnb is conveniently located next to the Ploča Gate and has a partial view of the harbor! FYI - Goo gle's walking instructions from Pile Gate instruct people to traverse the stairs up the hill, but you can walk through the old city and exit from Ploca which only has a slight incline to the apartment.

Everything you could want staying just outside the city wall near Ploce Gate.

Fantastic location near the Ploce Gate of the old Town and overlooking the Old Town Wall and Port. Views of the wall from all 3 windows. Restaurants 1-2’ away and a huge choice in the Old Toen 2-5’ walk away. Nice little kitchenette, washing line, air conditioning, iron and ironing board. Full kitchen cupboards and nice glasses and cups. Excellent instructions Access was slightly complicated but extremely well-communicated with pictures.

Brilliant apartment near Old Town with the most stunning views!

- Amazing view from our room - possibly the best view we have ever had, overlooking the city walls and looking through to harbour. - Kitchen well stocked with hobs, cutlery and pans. Microwave and small grill. We were able to cook meals here easily! - Spacious room and bathroom. - Check-in was done via messaging owner online upon arrival in Dubrovnik, very quick and straightforward with directions to apartment and all necessary info. - Superb location: less than 5 min walk into centre of Old Town! So easy to get to and from Old Town.

La ubicación del apartamento es excelente, está muy cerca de la playa Banje, de la ciudad vieja y del supermercado Studenac. También la nevera tiene un muy buen tamaño y tiene aire acondicionado. Recomiendo! Solamente me hubiera gustado que haya algunos elementos adicionales para facilitar la estadía (por ejemplo toallas de playa, protector solar, servilletas)

Wir (ein Paar) haben die Unterkunft für einen Kurzaufenthalt gebucht. Die Nähe zur Altstadt ist perfekt für Erkundungen zu Fuss. Der Weg zum Appartement führt über das Treppenhaus, über das ebenfalls das Gepäck transportiert werden muss. Frühstück war ok, Lieferung erfolgte über einen Lieferservice.

Não gostamos do prédio. Não nos sentimos seguras. Não tinha na descrição que o apartamento era no prédio com acesso compartilhado e com muitas escadas. A limpeza era ruim. O ar condicionado velho e barulhento . A localização perto da entrada da cidade antiga era boa.
