Big Terrace Apartment Cullera

Apartment in Cullera on the beach of Cap Blanc with wifi and centralized hot cold air conditioning in all rooms. Very large and sunny terrace with everything you need to enjoy it, outdoor chairs to rest and table with comfortable chairs for lunch or dinner outside.



The apartment has 2 spacious rooms, one with a complete bathroom, fitted wardrobes and a TV and another room with 2 single beds, a built-in wardrobe and a bathroom with a shower in front of it. The dining room is very spacious and bright and has a large American kitchen with everything you need to cook as if you were in your own home. Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, flat screen tv, etc.



It has a community pool with 6 large heather umbrellas, overlooking the sea and the mountains on which the building is built. It has private parking reserved for the property.



Cap Blanc beach is one of the quietest beaches in Cullera, there are no crowds of bathers even in August. It is a 400 meter long beach with almost 100 meter width, making it a very spacious beach. It has a sailing club where you can rent paddle-surf boards or take a windsurf, catamaran or optimist course.



There are two ways to go down to the beach, using the elevators in the building or by car, it is easy to park inside the complex.

The apartment is ideal for couples and families with children.



There is a Consum supermarket 3 minutes by car (900m), several good restaurants with great paella (800m) and also takeaway places.



As our reviews demonstrate, we take the hygiene and disinfection of the apartment very seriously Cleaning is carried out by a professional certified cleaning company. The bedding and towels are washed, sanitized and ironed by a large industrial laundry that serves the best known hotels and hospitals in the province. We also add an extra disinfection with an Ozone generator that is a powerful antimicrobial agent and eliminates 99% of bacteria and viruses

Nice Apartment, Great Area - Description Not Correct

Everything as advertised but the description not 100% accurate. First, this is "not" a Penthouse apartment, it is located on the first floor of the building versus the fourth floor. Second, access to the beach is via a lot of stairs from the building ~500M from the beach with about a 150-200M decension (going down one thing, coming back up...better be in good intermediate hiking shape). Support via the apartment manager (Gonzalo) was excellent. The AC unit failed twice while we were there and Gonzalo was able to get repair tech's onsite same day. Very friendly and supportive. Vicente the manager was also very responsive and gave us a discount for the AC issues. Note: both Vicente or Gonzalo do not speak English but written English good and Gonzalo uses Google Translator App very well & efficiently. Great people nice apartment just not exactly as advertised if you're looking for a true penthouse close to the beach (i.e. that you can walk to quickly like across the street, etc.).

Apartamento muy cómodo en Cap Blanc

Estancia en familia. Es un ático muy amplio (la terraza es enorme) en la urbanización Cap Blanc. Perfecto para descansar, muy silencioso y en la piscina nunca había nadie. Los niños lo han disfrutado mucho. El chiringuito La Perla Negra nos encantó.

Tranquilidad en Cap Blanc

Bonito ático con gran terraza. Por dentro está impecable y muy muy limpio. Que tenga plaza de parking es un alivio en el mes de Agosto en Cullera. Cap Blanc es una parte de Cullera muy tranquila y sin ruidos. El bar de la playa es lo mejor, abre todo el año y desayunamos frente al mar mientras los niños tomaban unas clases de windsurf en la escuela de Cap Blanc. Nos encantaría volver. Estuvieron averiadas 2 días las fuentes para limpiarse los pies de la playa, pero eso no es achacable al apartamento.

Haemos pasado 2 semanas en este apartamento de la playa de Cap Blanc de Cullera. Es muy amplio y tiene de todo. La playa es perfecta para niños y familias, no hay casi nadie y el bar La Perla Negra es una pasada.

Buen apartamento

Apartamento muy completo. Limpio y con aire acondicionado en todas sus habitaciones. Es mucho más grande de los que muestran las fotos. Sitio muy tranquilo y playa perfecta.
