Fantastic location. Good space. We underused the space as only 2 of us. Would recommend however The place was not very clean on arrival. Damp cushions. Very strongvairfreshner. But floor needed swept. Bathroom shower area needed a deep clean but satisfactory .Confused handover

We are really sorry you didnt find the place clean. We always make sure the appartment is spotless. Every new guest have all the cuishons and pillows, and matress covers clean at 60 degrees temp. THe toilet is cleaned with a steamer and the floors are hoovered and moped. SOrry to hear that it wasnt satisfactory. We ll take notes.

We were extremely satisfied! José and Rosa were professional from the booking date to our very last day, excellent host and hostess!This clean, bright, fully equipped apartment has everything for a perfect vacation spot. Breakfast on the 10th floor balcony overlooking the beach and the first light of sunrise, a perfect way to start the day. We felt safe early morning and late evening walks along the promenade, where there were excellent restaurants and just steps from our apartment. A grocery store, the bus stop, cafes and pharmacy are all just steps from the apartment. The bus will take you to the train where you can go into Valencia. We would return to this very same apartment and hope do so in the future.

No wifi was a hell.

The description of the apartment is not correct. There is no dishwasher.   Wifi was 2 GB. It ended after half an hour. After the announcement we received 2 more. It was not enough for 6 people with phones and tablets. We had 2 autistic children, who were addicted to Wifi, for their help, now they had to be without.   It would be quiet, but it was not. The neighbors were worn half past night. San Juan was celebrated just outside, with a big stage and disco until 4 o'clock in the morning for 2 nights in a row. Since we did not sleep at night, we did not hurry to do anything on the day. We had no opportunity to change housing, so we were stuck here for a whole week. So this became a holiday from hell.

Gente no recomendable. En tres días se cargaron 15 GB de wifi, y tuve que pedir más. Dijeron que venían 4 personas y vinieron 6. La noche de la fiesta de San Juan no durmieron. Y nadie en Cullera. ¡Y estaban en el décimo piso! Y fui a las 9 de la noche a recogerlos en mi coche al aeropuerto de Valencia y llevarlos a Cullera. No lo vuelvo a hacer. Tuve que ir dos veces a Cullera por problemas inexistentes. Aún así, no les puse mala nota, pero no los recomiendo a nadie. Not recommended people. 15 GB wifi is charged in three days, and I had to ask for more. They said that 4 people came and came 6. The night of the feast of San Juan not slept. And no one in Cullera. And they were on the tenth floor! And I went to 9 o'clock to pick them up at my car at Valencia airport and take them to Cullera. Not I return it to do. I had to go twice to Cullera by non-existent problems. Even so, I didn't them bad note, but I do not recommend them to anyone

Vaccance en famille

Merci pour l'accueil chaleureux. L'appartement est nickel y a rien à dire sur la propreté et l'emplacement vous offres tout simplement une vue panoramique sur la plage. Si disponible on y reviendra l'année prochaine.

Escuchando el mar

La ubicación es excepcional, tanto por la distancia a la playa como al resto de servicios necesarios. El trato con la anfitriona muy bueno, flexibilizando horarios para facilitar el disfrute de la vivienda, que como ella misma dice es algo "vintage" pero que reúne las condiciones necesarias para disfrutar sin carencias de la estancia. Muy muy recomendable.

Un apartamento estupendo

El apartamento está genial!! Es muy amplio y todo estaba muy limpio. Ubicación a pie de playa. Hay un parking justo al lado. Volvería a repetir!!! Tanto el propietario como su hija, muy bien. Atentos en todo momento.
