New window coverings in Master bedroom, and main floor bathroom.

Master bedroom has a soaker tub and 2 way gas fireplace and private bathroom/shower

The home is a walk to Butchart Gardens, public transportation, International Airport (15 minute drive) , Bc Ferries (20 minute drive) , hiking Trails, lakes, Ocean, and a 25 minute walk to the town centre, 5 minute drive. 30 minute drive to Victoria.

This is a well designed country home that is located in a relaxed safe country environment. It is good for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids). This is Country Living, a romantic private residence hidden away from the big city. This is a luxury cottage in a park like setting.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out is at 10:30am, if you are checking out earlier, please let me know that you have checked out, by reaching out on VRBO. Close windows and lock doors front and back.
Return keys. Do your dishes and put them away, do not leave the dishwasher on, on the morning of your check out. or any other major appliance. Leave bedding and towels in place.
Remove all garbage to outside Bin. Return the 2 remotes from each Tv to the bedside table upstairs and the table beside the Tv downstairs. Thank you safe travels.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Doors and windows must be kept closed The house is on a heating ventilation and air conditioning system. Ask to have it set to your preference. Thanks
