**PARKING: ONLY 2 VEHICLES are permitted for our 2 Bedroom Condo.
NOTE: Currently, parking is limited due to demolition of the tennis courts over & near parking areas. So, we kindly request that guests come in 1 vehicle. Over-flow parking is available at the Old Navy parking area / Silver Sands Outlet just across the Emerald Coast Parkway, with a free shuttle by the 24/7 Gate/Courtesy attendant (number provided with check-in docs).

Our condo has been completely renovated, Fall 2023.
New Kitchen - white quartz countertops with a beautiful blue/green glass backsplash that just says you are at the beach. And new appliances and new kitchen cabinets.
New master bath - walk-in shower. new cabinets and quartz countertops with two sinks.
New front bathroom update with new tub and updated tile surround.
New recessed lighting throughout the condo.
Everything we have done has made the condo bright, fresh and inviting.
We also include free beach service; so, you will have an umbrella & 2 chair setup for you each day you are at this beautiful beach during March through October.

Stay directly on the beach! There's no need to worry about crossing streets. Mainsail is a secluded gated beachfront community spread over 15 acres, perfectly situated at the end of Scenic Gulf Drive, close to the Silver Sands Shopping area. A variety of dining options and activities suitable for the whole family are within easy reach. The location couldn't be more ideal.

Although Mainsail is close to numerous attractions, it feels like a private retreat once you're on the property. Whether you want to relax or stay active, you have options: lounge by the pools, hit the stunning beach, or engage in a game of beach volleyball on the immaculate white sands just steps away. Plus, we're only a 20-minute drive to the 30A Seaside/Watercolor area and 45 minutes to Panama City Beach.

This well-kept and recently updated condo boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The spacious open floor plan encompasses the living, kitchen, and dining areas. The balcony is an ideal spot for reading or enjoying your morning coffee, offering stunning views of the pool, beach, and the Gulf. Enjoy a 55" flat-screen smart fireTV in the living room with connected Blu-ray DVD player. Both bedrooms have satellite-fed, smart-capable flat-screens, one with an integrated DVD player.

* Main bedroom has a king bed with a private bath. Bath/shower and toilet are separate from the double sink vanity.

* Second bedroom has a queen bed and we have also provided a queen blowup mattress bed for your convenience to set up in the living room. The second bathroom is located right next to this bedroom.

* Air Mattress Available - Queen 24" tall comfortable air mattress (in a closet)

* Condo sleeps 6 comfortably

The condo also comes fully furnished with a full-size washer and dryer, dishwasher, frig with ice maker and microwave. All cooking utensils and linens are provided.

Free fiber-fed 1 GB Wi-Fi is available at the condo.
