Alluring beautiful condo! 4 houses from ocean, 90th Street in Ocean City. Used very seldom for rental; condo in great condition! No busy streets to cross!

Help yourself to a free bottle of wine when you arrive!

Just updated the condo with new AC and a completely redone bathroom, done in March, 2025!

Excellent, fun restaurants, bars and shopping within short walking distance!

Sleeps 4, remodeled recently, new bed, new granite countertops and kitchen floor, full kitchen, remodeled deck with view of ocean, 2 TVs, DVD – the works!

Jerri and I are childhood sweethearts marrying over 3 decades ago and live comfortably in Centreville, VA, as I run a CPA practice. We have two grown children, Amanda, 26, lives in Denver, and Philip, 30, is a photojournalist in New York City.

Why they chose this property

It was just perfect for our family. We wanted to be in OC, but not in the crazily busy section of town. 90th street is out of the way, we're so close to the beach, no busy streets to cross and awesome restaurants and bars so walkable.

What makes this property unique

Great for a family of four, with a pullout couch for the kids. Park underneath building when you get there and from then on, you can walk everywhere! We never drive all weekend!
