Great place to stay in OC

Great place to stay. Large, comfortable, close to the beach. Lots of free parking. You don't have to deal with the crowds and the hassle of searching for a parking place. Definitely recommend.

Brett's place in Ocean City

Brett's place was great. Its a very large unit that comfortably fit our family of 4 plus a dog. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet with lots of free parking. There is free parking at the beach too. Comfortable beds. We'll be back.

Great time in OC

Brett was excellent to work with. Very responsive! Place was clean and provided excellent space. If you are looking for a 5 star Hilton level place this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a great area of OC, clean and a place to lay your head this is a great place. I will have no issues booking this place in the future.

Good Stay for 1 and Dog

Wasn’t looking for too much. Simple place to lay my head at night that allowed dogs. This did just that. Owner checked in to see if everything was ok. The pool table was a plus. Only issue was that you could hear the footsteps from the people above.

The potential is there...still a ways to go

When we arrived the property was unlit and it was difficult to navigate to the door with unclear markings. There was an overabundance of plug-in air fresheners making it hard to breath. Security issues. No way to bolt access from the unit to the attached garage or the upstairs apartment. They could lock it from their side but there was no bolt to make me feel that noone could enter during the night....creepy. The neighborhood was wonderful, quiet and only a 15-20 min. walk to a beautiful beach. No linen on the beds, pillows on the floor on top of a wet washcloth. I sent the owner a private message about these issues with no response so I am posting them here. It met our needs - someplace to lay our heads for two nights while we attended a wedding - off season.
