Very secluded location. Be aware there are no street lights and no service on the way to the villa. Other than that, it’s all good.

Ruhige ländliche Lage, Blick in die Berge und auf den Sonnenuntergang, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, nette Dachterrasse, insgesamt recht gemütlich, bis auf die Bäder recht viel Platz. Schnelle Hilfe bei Problemen (defekter Schlüsseltresor, Probleme mit Sicherungskasten) Der starke Geruch des Hauses, die Küchenausstattung, es gibt sehr viele streunende Katzen, Katzenkot im Pool, viele Dinge sind einfach alt und könnten mal erneuert werden, Stromnetz im Haus ist fehlerhaft, ständig kommt die Sicherung, es gibt einen Besen, sonst keine Möglichkeit zum Reinigen. Das Grundstück selber könnte ordentlicher und sauberer gehalten werden.

Wir haben kein Luxusappartment erwartet und waren daher mit dem schnuckeligen Häuschen im Grünen sehr zufrieden. Es war sauber und alles da was man brauchte.

Maison isolée dans un environnement très paisible. Très agréable de passer du temps sur les 4 terrasses ! À 2 ou 3 km du centre du beau village de Pollença avec tous ces commerces. La clim est appréciable.

Schöne Finca mit Klimaanlage

Die Finca war nicht überall richtig sauber und die Zwischenreinigung wurde leider auch nicht gemacht. Aber Handtücher und Bettwäsche ist genügend vorhanden. Ansonsten ist alles wie im Inserat beschrieben und wirklich ein tolles Feeling, wer das mag. Total ruhig und abgelegen aber schön. Wir liebten es.

Lovely location

Peaceful location in valley close to Pollensa. Pleasant terrace. Very safe area. The safe is too small to take laptops which many people travel with. The wifi is slow. We would have preferred to pay a little more to have no time restrictions on the cooling/heating. The main bed creaks with two persons. The dinning table and chairs are to big for the space. A fold down table with lighter chairs would be better.
