Summary:

This new modern condo is a perfect stay for those visiting Traverse City. Enjoy slab town or visit The Commons just blocks away! Grand Traverse Bay, festivals, restaurants, breweries, hiking trails, biking trails, and shopping are at your fingertips. This brand new condo is 2 blocks from West Front Street and steps away from Munson Hospital for those with long or short term stays.



The Space:

This is a brand new condo built in 2017! It is clean and pristine. There is one bedroom and a pull out couch, full kitchen, laundry, handicap accessible, full bath, and will be stocked with everything you need from bedding to coffee!



Guest Access:

We offer self check in! Correspondence will be via texting and email. Once you book you will receive a booking confirmation via email. The day before arrival you will receive a check in letter with a unique door code and instructions on how to access your condo. Your condo will be located on the first floor of the building. We look forward to hosting you :)

In walking distance of Munson Medical Center



Other Things to Note:

We are fully staffed for your needs Mon-Fri 8am-5pm and have an on call person on evenings and weekends for emergent situations.

We had a great stay. The condo was a good size, clean, and well stocked with many of the essentials. The check-in and check-out process was easy as pie. We also loved the location. It’s about an 8-10 minute walk to The Village at Grand Traverse Commons and a 20-25 minute walk to downtown TC. Would definitely stay here again!

This was such a great find! The condo was clean and well equipped with everything you need. It was in a great location easy to get to places. Nice restaurants that are a walking distance away. I would definitely recommend this condo if you want explore Traverse City, there is lots to do. Thank you so much we really enjoyed our stay!

A wonderfully clean and well appointed space. Owners/managers are very easy to work with and the communication was excellent. The location is stumbling distance from Loco Boys Brewery!

The condo waa wonderful. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a week in beautiful Traverse city. Location was great. We came to watch our son play for the Traverse city pitspitters baseball team and the stadium was only 10 mins from the condo. It was close to shops and food too. Highly recommend this place to stay.

Spacious one bedroom!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was close to downtown and the Commons and felt a lot bigger than just your average one bedroom. The laundry facilities and full kitchen were very helpful!! Super clean too. We’ll be back!

We loved this property. It was so nice. It was comfortable. Nicely decorated. The pillows and linens were clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The condo was the perfect size for the two of us. It was quiet just off the main drag far enough to not fight traffic too terribly. We would return to this place in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay in this condo. Nice, new, quiet and clean. 15-20 minute walk to downtown shopping district. The only thing that wasn't perfect is that it doesn't have a patio or outdoor seating area, but we knew that going in so I still give it the highest rating. We would definitely recommend this property, and will consider staying here again if we make another visit to TC!

Great area, pull out sleeper sofa NOT comfortable.

Most of time in TC was spent outside of the condo. We used bedroom and sofa bed. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Would have been nice to have a foam topper to put on it.

The condo was great, my family of 4 used it after a softball tournament in Traverse City. Everything was clean and well kept. It would have been nice to have a few more dishes, but we really didn't do any cooking, so that wasn't a big deal. A few more inches in the parking spot would also be great, I was driving a truck and it is a VERY tight spot. But I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice place near downtown TC.

Steve is a Lieutenant for the Fire Department in the city and we also run a local gutter business. We have a couple properties here in Traverse City that we rent out.

We chose this property to mostly provide those that need a place to stay and are affiliated with the hospital. The condo is modern, clean, and perfect for someone that needs to be at the hospital in a moment's notice. Also, we like that this property was centrally located to also appeal to those visiting Traverse City to vacation.
