The lodge was perfect for a short break. The beds were all very comfortable. Unlike other lets we have had there were plenty of comfortabke seats. Everything we needed was there.

Great place to stay & great facilities

This is a lovely property, we had no issues whatsoever, what a lovely place on a private estate, highly recommend for a relaxed break, we will definitely return.

Great location

Perfect place to wake up looking over the lakes and great location to walk to restaurant's and bars , lovely walks and easy access to A419 to get to Cirencester and Cotswolds, would highly recommend .

Well equipped and comfortable

It was a great base for a family celebration weekend. The lodge is well equipped and comfortable. We loved the tennis courts and nearby walking paths.

This property was fantastic. It's in a stunning location with fabulous views. The property was very well presented and the amenities were great. There was excellent communication with the hosts and information on the property and surrounding area was detailed and informative.

Lovely location

Property just as described. Location is great with tennis courts, pool, ping pong etc to keep children occupied. The house itself was neat and tidy. One request - pls keep 2-3 dishwasher tablets and , a roll of kitchen towels and at least 1 full roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. We had to buy these and having these basic things would have been a nice touch

Jubilee Celebrations with Friends

We are a group of 6 friends - and this time we added a poorly canine to the mix. We have stayed in this area on 2 previous occasions so knew what to expect. The property did not disappoint and there was plenty of room for us all. We did not leave the property except for walks. We made excellent use of the patio area and enjoyed watching the local wildlife including the feisty male swan protecting his young brood. We had everything we needed to enjoy our 3 day celebration stay. No problems getting to and into the property and communication with the owner was always prompt and positive. Would thoroughly recommend this to others looking at renting.

Great stay on the lake

My family needed a place to stay while we looked for a permanent residence in the area, the place worked nicely, the kids loved the playground and accommodations, and the owner responded very quickly to any issues we found.

Amazing experiece

Awesome stay. Rob is super accommodating and helpful throughout the stay. Perfect location 1 hour or less drive to all west UK sights: Bath, Stonehenge, Oxford Cotswolds. Quiet community right on the lake. Highly recommended.

Last second booking what a pleasure

We needed a place very last minute and were helped out so thank you for that. We had an amazing week staying at this property the house it neat and tidy and beautifully furnished. We had our dog with us who loved her daily walks around the dams and watching the birds from the security of the veranda. A great stay would love to do it again

Quality equipment

It ‘s in a lovely position, overlooking a lake, a minute’s walk from the table tennis room, and very near the childrens’ playground, tennis courts and other sports facilities. The house was well thought out, with the best kitchen equipment I have found in a holiday rental. The beds were comfortable, as were the sofas. The ‘third bathroom’ was a downstairs cloakroom with a washing machine, WC and basin.

Loved the lodge and where it was. Stunning grounds. Bed in master ver uncomfortable

We had a great few days. Used eating places near by so was able to walk. Beautiful surroundings. Coffee shop at the water sports Centre was so nice, staff extremely friendly and very dog friendly. Our only problem was the mattress in the master room. So uncomfortable we both had a terrible nights sleep every Night. When I say this I am sure this was an oversight on the cleaners side but the mattress cover was stained. We did removed it for cleaning so hopefully no one put it back on again until it had been cleaned. I would like to say it was alovely place to stay snd would recommend it. Only thing missing was the Hot Tub. Lol on sunny days the sun is on the decking over looking the lake - beautiful.
