1 BR Waterfront Cottage Overlooking the Water and Mountain Sunsets!

Our 1-bedroom cottages are cozily integrated between the adventures of Lake George’s Six Flags Great Escape and Fort William Henry, and the elegance of Saratoga Springs’ fine dining and horse racetrack. Enjoy the break taking views of the water and mountains as you use our complementary water toys such as kayaks, paddle boards, rowboats, aqua trike, and pedal boat, or take the adventure a step further with a discount on our jet skis, pontoon boats, lazy river tubing, and ATVs! Our cottages have queen bed, futon, private screened in porches, picnic tables, campfires, and BBQs. Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with the necessary appliances and utensils. WiFi, a TV, A/C, and heat are all provided with your stay. Feel free to utilize our beach with a swimming raft, as well as our playground for the kids. All linens are provided but be sure to bring your beach towels and create lasting memories with us. Relax on the beach with the swim raft or laughter on the playground, then end the day with mountain sunsets, campfires & s’mores. Check out our gift shop on the property for souvenirs and make this your ultimate stay-and-play Lake George vacation!

Hi...I grew up on the family fruit farm and ventured out. Earned degrees in business and psychology and taught primarily at local colleges. I have opened businesses in orchards, real estate, discotheques, consulting, corporate training, air charter and summer cottages for tourists. By the way that is my palette knife painting of our rowboat in the sunset.

The Elms has been my farm. This is our 31st summer season. Each year is better than the last and a labor of love. Nothing pleases me more than to walk through the property at night and see all the campfires burning and voices chattering away. 700 feet of waterfront and mountain sunsets create this jewel.
