Time to plan your exciting vacation!! Bayside at Bethany Lakes is a wonderful coastal community close to the beach, bay, bike trails, golf courses, restaurants, shopping outlets and boardwalks. Enjoy swimming at the large outdoor pool overlooking White's Creek or at the indoor pool on inclement weather days! This spacious and well equipped townhouse has a convenient ground level entry with bedrooms on the second floor. A screened porch and rear patio with a gas grill make the most of time spent outdoors. A separate living room and family room, in addition to a full dining room makes indoor space comfortable for the entire family.
This 3 BR / 2.5 BA 2500 sq ft bright and cheerful villa sleeps 8-9. The Master BR has a king bed plus a futon, 2nd BR with a queen bed is adjacent to the 2nd full bath , and the 3rd BR has a full and a twin bed. For your enjoyment the home is equipped with 5 TVs, a DVD, WiFi, central air, ceiling fans, a screened sun porch (with TV), board games, puzzles, and outdoor games. There are 2 fishing poles and crabbing lines for your careful use and a large pot to cook them is part of a well stocked kitchen. 6 Beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella, beach buggy cart, and a stroller are available. There are also 4 bikes at the house (3 adult, 1 child). Any use of the Rental Property, as well as beach chairs, barbeque, and/or bicycles that are supplied by the Owner in connection with the rental property, may be utilized by the Guest at his/her own risk.

Steps from the home is the community's large clubhouse with lounge and fireplace, where the outdoor pool, tennis courts and fitness center overlook the serene White's Creek that opens to the Indian River Bay. Sunsets over the water are amazing! The community also offers an indoor pool and hot tub, steam room, game room with ping pong and pool tables, poolside grill, playgrounds, kayak launch, and a day dock for fishing, crabbing, and boating. Bike and walking paths for exercise or nature walks close by. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafes in the area. Downtown Bethany hosts many shops, eateries, ice cream shoppes, and weekly musical entertainment on the boardwalk and movies on the beach.

The Townhouse is located only 1.6 miles to Bethany's beach, boardwalk, and downtown. The Indian River Marina has charter boats and water sports rentals. Rehoboth Beach restaurants, boardwalk, and outlet shopping is to the north and Ocean City MD boardwalk and mini golf to the south are only minutes away. Salt Pond golf course is across the street, with Bear Trap Golf Course only a few miles away. For the kids, Jungle Jim's water park, GoKarts, and movie theatre are nearby. Basketball courts, playground, arcade, and boardwalk in town center.

The community has an amenities fee for use of the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, fitness center, game room, and clubhouse lounge. Fees: Rental stay 3 days or less $25/person; 4 days or more $45/person. Children under 6 are free. This fee is paid directly to the owner who then submits to the association (not paid via VRBO or Home Away).
