Great location, quiet neighborhood, easy/quick drive into Bethany Beach. Exactly as shown in pictures, nicely decorated, the robot vacuum cleaned both mornings between 8:00 and 8:30. Quick response from Autumn when we contacted regarding possibility of checking in early. And the binder full of community rules and local suggestions was a nice touch. Perfect spot for our summer girls' weekend!

Nice getaway

The house was just right for our stay. Accommodations were clean and comfortable and the property is nice. Getting to the beach was about a 15 minute drive which was convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

House was so nice! Kitchen had everything you need. Beds very comfy with t v in every room which is a huge plus. Very clean with comfy furniture. Loved not having to bring beach chairs on vacation. House had it all. Nice little neighborhood not too far from the beach and boardwalk, where we love to be. Owner/ host can't remember who I was in contact with but they were awesome. Even let us check in a few hours earlier. Will rent again

The house was great! Very clean and felt like the owner had guest comfort in mind before renting. Basic amenities were in the house which was appreciated. Location of house was nice and quiet and just a short drive to downtown. Would rent property again!

Very nice home, quiet neighborhood

Home had everything we needed for a comfortable one-week stay. Loved sitting on the deck for morning coffee or evening wine. Location was convenient for visiting the beaches, the Delaware Botanic garden and the Chincoteaque Wildlife Refuge. Plenty of decent restaurants in the area.

The house was clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood! The pool was close and the kids had a blast. It was close to the beach and we found family friendly things to do nearby. Check in and out was a breeze as we didn’t have to stop at a secondary location. We were able to just use our code to get in anytime after check in and just lock the door on our way out for check out.

Beautifully decorated house. Loved the screened in porch for morning coffee. The kitchen was fully stocked including plenty of spices. We are big coffee drinkers and the coffee pot was old but did the job but bring your own coffee grinder. Beds were very comfortable. Close to everything from restaurants to the beach but very quiet at the house. Would stay there again!

Beautiful home!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and the view of the creek from the back porch or screened in porch is wonderful. The house was very clean upon arrival. Furnishings were very comfortable. Very easy drive to beach and other activities. Quiet neighborhood and the neighborhood pool was close and very nice.

Wonderful vacation, beautiful home

The house was awesome. We all hung out in the screened in porch in the back of the house. It was so serene. There was a pond in the back with trees keeping the back shaded, cool and breezy. We were only a couple of minutes from the beach, shops, restaurants. It truly was a great place, and we would all love to return in the future. Thank you for such a great place to stay and relax.

Quiet neighborhood, Nice getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. Sidewalks for those after dinner walks, nice pool close by, beach is close drive, many great restaurants to choose from in the area. Beautiful home. Happy with all the small touches, like nightlights and ceiling fans! House was clean and nicely decorated. Nice backyard view. We could listen to the birds in the quiet mornings while sitting on the screened in porch.

Beautiful Home & Comfortable Stay

We just stayed here for the past week and it was absolutely wonderful. The house was immaculate with everything we could need. The owner and property manager were both proactive with communications for checking in and out. They provided pool passes for the family to use along with a binder of local food recommendations. The neighborhood was peaceful and in a great location. It was an easy drive to the beach and a short 3-5 minute drive to the grocery store. We had a great time here and will definitely recommend it to family and friends. Thank you again!

The house is in sound condition and well depicted in online pictures. However, some deep cleaning is needed in areas where more than a single seasons dirt has accumulated, in particular the back screened porch. In addition, the chair cushions need replacing due to issues with significant mold and mildew. The main living area is clean and in good order - excellent location!!

Property was okay Beds were not at all comfortable. 1 adult had to sleep on liv rm. recliner because of discomfort. Another adult slept in room meant for children. the single bed was extremely soft. Seemed funny that you had to walk across exposed porch to get to covered porch. Food wrappers were under double bed.

We are committed to a happy guest experience, and we’re sorry your stay fell short of expectations -Mattress taste is subjective and we have never received any complaints about this in the past, however, we apologize that you were not completely comfortable and that these specific mattresses did not suit your personal preference. All of the beds would be considered medium on the mattress comfort scale. We chose these mattresses to appeal to the large majority of guests. The queen bed in the master bedroom also includes an adjustable base with massage -The screen room was placed on the house in a way to not obstruct the water view from the living spaces in the house while creating additional outdoor space for grilling or just enjoying the wildlife on the water. The pictures clearly show the rear deck/screen room configuration We appreciate your feedback, and we are confident that future guests will continue to enjoy five-star stays here!

Summer vacation

The house and property were great. There was only a few things that could have been improved. Soap for hand washing was super lowat all sinks. I had to call for trash bags for the k8tchen. The back screened in porch the door did not have a pressurer bar so it would not sla.

Lovely house

We were very impressed with the house. The kitchen is so well stocked and everything in it is modern and clean which is amazing as we needed to do a bit of cooking and wanted that home away from home feeling. The air conditioning worked beautifully and kept us cool after some really hot days. We absolutely loved the view of the canal and enjoy time on both the patio and in the screened-in porch, which was great to keep the flies and mosquitoes away. When we had a couple of questions we got replies immediately which was really appreciated. The four beach chairs were brand new and all matched and even the garage was very tidy and clean... With three boogie boards and sand toys as well! Overall a very wonderful experience.
