Spacious and elegant spaces, endowed with a personality that is evident in every corner. With a marked style and a careful decoration, this luxurious apartment is a treasure perfectly hidden in the heart of Seville.
This wonderful apartment is designed for your comfort and convenience. Recently renovated with high qualities and furnished with designer furniture, perfectly equipped with everything you need for a dream stay: 43' TV, comfortable sofa bed in the living room, fully equipped kitchen with NESPRESSO with welcome kit (coffee, tea and milk), microwave, washing machine, vitroceramic and a complete set of utensils. The room has a large and comfortable bed with a light Nordic duvet. All linen is 100% cotton. The bathroom, with marble floor and LED lighting, has a large shower tray with gel dispenser - high quality shampoo and a large mirror. You will have a small balcony where you can enjoy the sunny days Sevillanos. If you need, it has iron, ironing board, clothesline and all cleaning items you may need. The apartment is equipped with a quiet central air conditioning. If you come with babies we can provide you with COT and HIGH CHAIR free of charge. In the building we have a large terrace for common use for all guests of the building. Equipped with sofas in various areas to relax and sunbeds to take in the sun.
If you travel by car, there is the possibility of leaving it in an underground parking, on request for 25 euros per day, at 'Plaza de la Concordia', just 3 minutes from the accommodation. Do not hesitate to contact us to reserve your place.

I had a fantastic stay at Hommyhome in Seville! The apartment was modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Seville, within walking distance of the main attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet still quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful rest. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the hosts were incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful with local recommendations. I especially appreciated the small details in the apartment that made it feel welcoming and homely. Overall, I highly recommend Hommyhome to anyone visiting Seville. It truly made my trip memorable, and I would stay here again!

Perfect pied a terre on very quiet street

Immaculate and very attractive small apartment. Really a large studio with sliding doors separating bedroom. Loved the small glassed in balcony with breakfast table and chairs . Well maintained communal roof terrace. Local staff were lovely and very helpful. Very convenient for food shopping in El Cortes food hall.

Our stay at HommyHome Seville

We really enjoyed the space and location. Our unit was very spacious with three beautiful balconies. The terrace was also a great place to hangout in the evening. We found the apartment to be in a great location - close to shops, tourist attractions, and good restaurants while being on a quiet street for sleeping. When we first arrived we were told someone would be there to greet us and let us in. No one was there and had it not been for a very nice couple who was also staying in the apartment we would've been locked out for who knows how long. My advice would be to provide the code 4-6 hours before arrival or to ensure there is someone in the building to greet the guests as told.

Nuestra estancia fue una maravilla, el trato que nos dió Manuel fue increible, el apartamente un lujo, muy moderno y muy limpio. Muchos detalles de calidad, confortable en todos los sentidos y la ubicacion inmejorable. Estamos seguros de que repetiremos nuestra experiencia y la recomendamos 200%. Para nosotros fue un 20 de 10.
