Great place for a girlfriend’s getaway. Beds were comfy, kitchen and porch served as great gathering spot, plenty of bikes, and beach chairs in the garage. This was our second time here. We loved it.

Great house for a weekend get-together with friends

Our group of five women (high school friends who still get together 40-plus years later) had a fabulous time at this house. The kitchen was well-stocked and there were plenty of comfortable places for us to gather at the roomy kitchen island, dining room and living room. We loved the charming front porch as well. The bedrooms were comfy and the AC worked great. The house also had plenty of beach chairs and bikes, and we were able to easily walk to the beach. The owners were very responsive to our needs. A great success! We highly recommend.

Nice retreat away from home

My family and I enjoyed a nice long weekend in September at this beautiful home in Spring Lake. The neighborhood was quiet and in walking distance to many things-beach, town, bar/restaurants, church. This home was clean and updated and had the feel of a warm and loving home. We loved the front porch and backyard table to sit at too. It was the perfect place for us (7 of us) as we were in and out most days. The owner, Kerry, responded to all my questions before check-in in a timely manner and my questions at the end of our stay. This was the first time using VRBO and the process was seamless, which probably had a lot to do with the owners. Thank you so much.

Thanksgiving Spring Lake

Charming, welcoming, very comfortable and happy home. Check in could not have been easier. The Mooneys left us a nice bottle of wine with tech instructions and other house details like garbage schedule and helpful contact telephone numbers. Spring Lake is an awesome Jersey Shore beach community. We were there for Thanksgiving - which isn't high beach season in New Jersey - but it was easy to imagine being there during the summer and spending cocktail hour on the front porch, walking back and forth to the beach - which was a very pleasant 5 minute walk from the house, bar-b-queing and eating dinner on back patio. We really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this house and would like to return there again myself.

Perfect spot for our family celebration - the front porch was what drew me to the house

The front porch did not disappoint. Perfect location to the beach and we even got to celebrate Mass at the school across the street ☺️ Some other items would have been helpful in the kitchen but overall we thoroughly enjoyed it and would rent again!

Just Perfect!

We had an amazing time at Kerry’s house. The neighborhood is terrific! Crazy short walk to a beautiful beach. Cute little town with several great breakfast spots. All the bedrooms were spacious, AC worked great, kitchen was fantastic, and really cute back patio area which also had an outdoor shower that I didn’t know about. Kerry was great, check in was a breeze. I would recommend this place to families as well as groups of friends. Just loved it!!
