Spacious open floor plan with hardwood floors throughout. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances in the well equipped kitchen. Smart TV in both family room and master bedroom. House is spacious to enjoy fun time on those unexpected rainy days. Driveway can accommodate up to four cars and plenty of free parking available on the street! Short 10 minute walk to the boardwalk and ice-cream! This property is also a short walk to shops, restaurants, and bars in town (inland). Your family will love this house!

What an amazing home! We stayed here with 3 families for my nieces wedding. Could not have asked for anything more. House was immaculate and the rooms were perfect. My Mother is handicapped and had a lovely first floor bedroom and bathroom. I cannot wait to come back to enjoy the beautiful backyard and pool

The house was amazing. It is decorated with all beachy motive As soon as you enter the house, you feel calm and relaxed. The pool is heated and delightful. We will definitely stay again. The host was extremely responsive.

Holiday family wedding

Our family summer trip

Every year we rent a house with our 3 kids & spouses and grandchildren. We are a total of 12, 8 adults, 3 kids and 1 infant. We enjoyed our trip very much. Beach during the day and loved coming back to relax by pool.

Our Pt Pleasant, pleasant vaca!

After renting beach homes with a pool 4 several years now, I can say that this was the very best experience ever. The house was very modern and well kept. If we needed 2 contact the owners they were very reachable and accomodating. We would definately recommend this shore house.

Fantastic beach house!

Our family just had a fantastic vacation at this Point Pleasant beach house. The house itself was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and so well stocked with beach chairs, pool floats, aluminum foil, trash bags, cleaning supplies (just in case), salt and pepper and more. The pool is gorgeous. The owner was in contact well before our stay giving us tips about how to get the most out of our stay. It was our first time in Point Pleasant but will not be our last!

Amazing house

A fantastic house and don't get me started on that pool!!!!! We spent every waking moment swimming and lounging by the pool. The 2yr old learned to swim in the pool. We had the best time ever!!!!

Fantastic family stay

We had a great week in point pleasant. The house is very spacious and clean. It was perfect for our family of 5, and even allowed space for visitors one night. The pool and lawn are amazing and were used daily. My husband and I had to work a bit which was very doable using a couple different areas on the main floor. Proximity to a beautiful private beach and to the boardwalk is great. Only negative is the sound of the trains passing by but we got used to it.

Great location and great house

Everything from the location to the house to the host was great. Plenty of bath, pool and beach towels provided as well as beach chairs and umbrellas. Description of home on listing was very accurate. You will hear the trains going by as the house is just one hone away from the tracks. The kids enjoyed hearing the trains. Pool was very nice. Would recommend this home.

Awesome Week in Point Pleasant Beach

5 bedroom home with pool in Point Pleasant Beach was beautiful and perfect for a large family. Includes beach badges with a short walk to the ocean and a private beach was very nice. The owners Gina and Paul are amazing and fantastic to work with. My wife and I and our large family really enjoyed this house and already have many found memories. We also had our Mom who is in a wheel chair and it was easily accessible for her. We will definitely be back next year!

Our family as been vacationing at Pt. Pleasant Beach for over 20 years. It has been a long journey with lots of hard work to be able to purchase a "beach house" !! The last few years we stayed as a family in this beautiful home. This home is more than an investment, it is also were memories are made. We are happy to share our home with many families and our hope is that our home will provide many happy memories for your family as well. Life is short, a week at the beech is short as well, enjoy every moment.

Why they chose this property

We just love this home. Warm and inviting and yet large enough for our entire family to move freely. Close to the beach, town, Boardwalk and yet very quiet. Plenty of parking.
The outdoor space and inground pool are perfect. Love to walk out from kitchen to the patio/pool area - so easy to serve family and friends. Three full bathrooms make it easy to have a house full! Short walk of bike ride to the beach to see the sun-set. Need I say more......

The beach house location is unique in that it offers guests so much. Situated close to everything - all family members will have so many options available. Four short blocks to a beautiful private beach and we include 8 beach passes. Fifteen minute walk to the boardwalk. Across the tracks walk into town to many shops , restaurants, night life and Ice-cream !
