7th year and still amazing like 1st

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 7th year coming here, always enjoy our stay. Friendly staff, clean a little too much contraction equipment but okay. Got to see our beach buddy Alan kids just live him. Hopefully we will return next year. One suggestion more kitchen cooking utensils. & the TV in master bedroom kept turning on and off other than that great condo love the decoration.

On the website it boasts updated but the beds need new mattresses in both rooms. They squeak and the twin beds are too soft. The TV in the master bedroom would come on by it self and after letting the front desk know about it, it still was not fixed. It would just turn on in the middle of the night, that was so annoying!!!Also, this property need a bar etc...But the view was very nice! It was clean.

Vacation

This property yard crew does an AMAZING job on the upkeep. The grass looked great along with the amenities. I was very impressed on the cleanliness of the property as well. The room we had (715) didn’t have the view we were exactly expecting, but it didn’t take away from the time we had. The staff was very helpful & treated us with the utmost respect. I would definitely recommend anyone to check out this condo.

First VRBO experience

This was our first VRBO experience and it was perfect! The condo was just as described! The best selling point was the twin beds in the second room. We had privacy for ourselves and the girls had their own beds! Could have easily slept another person or 2 on the couches. Beach was nearby and amenities are beautifully maintained!

Great stay!

Stayed with a friend and our daughters. Room was very nice, clean, but not as roomy enough for that 5th person. You need a car to drive to area restaurants and activities. Short and easy 2 min. walk to beach. It was nice that 2 chairs and umbrellas were included with condo rental. Pool and hot tubs were nice.
