Clean nice beach view check is too late in my opinion for the most part people traveling rent this and you want throw things in house or change and it’s late. Closets are a mess pillows and sheets are old just littwrallt thrown around in closets plates and utensils out dated don’t expect nothing nice everything seems like it’s from the dollar tree knives plates bowls etc etc I have rented many places and some people make it nice but this was just thrown but yeah clean if you mean smell of bleach is clean main door slams the door to balcony latch is coming apart. Does have a good AC but does need a little work and effort. Oh and I almost forgot worst parking evwr of you rent we had to park in street and one side moves at 8 am the other side you need to move at 6am .

Thank you for your feedback and for mentioning the beautiful beach view, cleanliness, and effective A/C. We’re sorry some aspects of your stay didn’t meet your expectations. Our 4:00 p.m. check-in is paired with an 11:00 a.m. checkout, giving guests an extra hour on departure day compared with the 10:00 a.m. checkout that many Ocean City rentals require. This allows our housekeeping team the necessary time to thoroughly prepare the property for each arrival. We appreciate you bringing your comments to our attention. The front door is designed to automatically lock when guests leave the property, and occasionally guests are unsure of the locking process. We are always happy to help with any questions during a stay. We will also review the balcony door latch to ensure everything is operating properly and not user error. Regarding parking, there may have been some confusion with the street signs. Parking around the building is free and plentiful, including 24-hour street parking directly in front of and on either side of the property. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay with any questions or concerns so we can help make their experience as smooth as possible. Thank you again for your feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to host you and hope you enjoyed your time in Ocean City.

Did not sleep 8.the sofa couch was disgusting filthy, smelled really bad. It was steam cleaned but not the mattress which was really bad. On day 4 of 8 day stay. Then the cushions were wet to damp for 2 more days. The rags for rugs in the bathrooms were also filthy and disgusting like several years of use easily. Numerous silver fish running on walls and floors. I killed several plus whatever the family killed. I would not recommend this place to any one. All blankets were wadded up in musty closets. What poor housekeeping. I should get a partial refund. Second time in O C vrbo screwed me. Never use again

All you need!

This place has the best view! You can see so far down the beach both ways and the dolphins were spotted every day! The location was great and we all agreed we'd be back for another trip here!

Perfect oceanfront experience

Our family of four stayed here June 2020 and the property was just as advertised. It was updated, clean and directly ocean front, on a corner with perfect views! Bob was very kind and responsive, though we had no issues during our stay. We would stay again!

Perfect Location for Families!

We loved our stay here! Property was clean and as advertised. Perfect location, steps away from the beach and in a spot where the beach was noticeably less crowded than on nearby streets with big condos or hotels. Will definitely be back! Only recommendation would be to bring a Roku or something similar because the TV only gets a few channels

Great Weekend Getaway

Met my college roommate in Ocean City to catch up. Perfect place for the two of us to relax, catch up, walk on the beach and hang out. Very relaxing condo with a very nice feel. Great view from the living room. Very bright and well appointed. Comfortable beds. Convenient location.
