This beautiful 4 bedroom villa with private pool and air conditioning throughout is situated in the residential area of Cerro Grande.
It has been furnished to a high standard and comprises of large open plan living/dining room with large patio doors leading to shady terrace with table and chairs overlooking the pool which is perfect for dining al-fresco.
On the lower level is a galley kitchen, with separate laundry room and additional fridge/freezer. There is also a shower room on this level.
The upstairs comprises of 2 double bedrooms, 1 with an en-suite shower room and 1 twin bedroom. Also a spacious separate bathroom. There is also access to a large roof terrace, giving fantastic views sea views. This is accessed by stairs and a door that can be locked.
Some steps lead down from the terrace to the stunning infinity swimming pool and beautiful gardens. There is also a comfortable seating area to one side of the villa and also a brick built BBQ the other side.
The pool heating is at an extra charge.
