We had an excellent stay at this lovely villa. Rudi was exceptional with his communication and helped whenever we had a query or an issue. The location of the villa was just right for us. A 10 minute walk to the beautiful marina and a 10 minute walk to the centre of town. Only a 3 minute walk to a big supermarket which was very handy. We would definitely consider staying again.

Lovely spacious villa, fantastic location for town, beach and marina.Rudi, the host, is the best I have dealt with over my many years of renting villas in Cala d'Or.Beautiful Pool and gardens, suitable for all ages.

Rudi was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble - 1 issue with the water supply and within an hour a contractor was on site and had resolved the problem Excellent service

Fantastic stay in this Villa! Brilliantly managed by Rudi everything was seamless, the villa is really pretty with loads of character the pool is gorgeous but the location is spot on. 5 min walk to the marina and about the same to all of the restaurants. It’s an easy 10 min walk to the beach (Cala Gran) but there are others worth a visit. We didn’t get a car as we know everything is within walking distance including 2 supermarkets.All in all a brilliant original villa in a fantastic location!

The property was lovely the only problem I had was the sheets didn't get changed during our stay. The property manager was excellent.

It's a pity that we didn't speak about the sheets before, because although we regularly provide one set of sheets for each entire week of stay, we also offer a more frequent change of sheets as an extra service. Lovely villa

We stayed in June. The villa has a lovely traditional feel and is well equipped with everything you need. It is in a great location to walk into town or to the marina for fabulous food, and there is a brilliant supermarket just round the corner. The outside garden area is very pretty and the pool is a good size. But the star of the show is Rudi - he was so incredibly helpful and informative, he arranged our airport transfers, gave us some great restaurants recommendations and dealt with our flight delays (both ways!) with consummate ease! Thanks Rudi!

Lovely short break

We stayed at the villa in June, it is well located for a short walk down to the marina & easy walk into the centre. The villa was perfect, with all the amenities you need and the pool was great! We will definitely be going back. Vicky

Magnifique maison majorquine

Tres belle maison dans le style majorquin. Parfaitement propre et fonctionnelle pour 6. Tres beau jardin avec une piscine agreable. Emplacement ideal a proximité des plages et du centre ville, un centre commercial tout proche.
