About this property

Completely renovated villa with private pool, solarium and barbecue

Recently renovated house (on the second line of the sea), located just 5 minutes walk from the Marina of Cala d'Or, where you can find numerous restaurants.
The house is located in a quiet residential area of Cala Egos. Only 50 meters away you can enjoy one of the many white and fine sand beaches in the area, called Calo de's Pou.
The Chalet is distributed on two floors:
On the upper floor there is the kitchen with pantry, the living room, a toilet and a double bedroom with bathroom en suite. On this floor there is also a barbecue and two terraces overlooking the pool and the sea.
On the lower floor there are three large bedrooms with single beds, two bathrooms en suite and a full bathroom. On this floor there is a large porch where there is a ping-pong table, large sun terraces, private pool and private garden.

The house is located 60 kilometers from the Mallorca airport, approximately one hour by car.

Wonderful home in Cala d’Or

Our extended family had a wonderful stay at your home in CalaDOr. We enjoyed the pool and the beach…and the views! The area was quiet and yet you can walk to restaurants, the marina and the beach. We took several trips to other areas of Mallorca from our home base.

The villa was stunning, very clean and a lovely welcome from Pere, the owner who showed us everything the villa had to offer. Great location with the beach only a 2 min walk and the marina a 10 min walk. Nice quiet area also. Pere went above and beyond in helping us and couldn’t fault it.

Amazing location

House was better than expected, pool area gorgeous and plenty of space in bedrooms, and living areas. View of ocean. 3mins walk to beach and 10mins to Marina with all the restaurants. Quiet street not touristy, lovely houses surrounding. Shops an easy walk with a supermarket with everything you need.

We totally loved our stay with 3 kids and our nanny! Just a walking distance to a small beach with a bar and to the marina. Absolutely quiet and exclusive. Thanks Pere for being a great host allowing very late check out. You will be missed!

Amazing House close to the sea

We had a wonderful time in the house. The view from the upper terrasse is great and the pool is big and much fun. The beautiful calla is just a few steps away. The host was super nice and provided us with everything we ask for. Thanks alot for the great stay.

The villa, its location and host was fantastic.

Fab villa with everything you would want and more. The out door space was amazing expecially the very large Pool. You couldn't wish for a better location nor could you wish for a better host. If we could give it 6 stars we would. Thank you Pere for a lovely stay, look forward to seeing you again.

Great property in fantastic location

The Villa is in an excellent location. We had a car but absolutely no need. Less than 100 yds to a lovely beach with bar and restaurant. The villa and pool were excellent. Pool shaded too much in October but assured its fine in summer. Will be back

This villa is prefect for families. Great size, plenty of bathrooms. Clean and tidy,. Veranda is great for a BBQ. The pool is the real showstopper.....good size and deep so great for proper swimming and fun in the pool. Close to all amenities, supermarket less than 5 mins walk away, along with restaurants. The marina which is fab is less than 10 mins walk and there are excellent restaurants there. Small beach just around corner. Pere, the owner, makes sure you have everything you need. Would go back.

Fabulous Spacious Villa in Excellent Location !

Recently had the pleasure of spending 8 nights in this lovely property ! A group of 6 family members ranging from our 2 yr old grandson to our Mothers in their 80's. The villa was spacious enough to allow everybody their own space, 3 of the bedrooms on the ground floor were ideally situated with patio doors leading out onto the poolside, first floor 4th bedroom, lounge, kitchen and outside terraces all overlooked the poolside below and sea beyond. We were welcomed by Pere the owner, who made our stay very comfortable and stress free, and was on hand to help with any queries and to book airport transfers. The location is perfect, being just a short stroll from the beach and 10 mins walk to the Marina of Cala dOr. Needless to say everybody enjoyed a very relaxing holiday, chilling by the gorgeous pool. Would highly recommend - we'll definitely book this villa again !

Ten days of bliss

Clearly attention to detail when it comes down to cleanliness and paintwork. My husband was especially appreciative that the ironwork round the balcony was washed! We had a day of heavy rain and the very next day the pool was emptied of debris and the area was swept. Location was super as restaurants, cafes and bars were within easy reach, less than 10 mins. Coffee bar overlooking the sea was literally at the end of the road. I was worried that Cala D'or was too far to walk but after using the road train once we got the gist and walking was about 20 minutes up/down the hill. Unfortunately the plastic pollution in the sea was as bad as a well known review site review had pointed out but the pool was large and clean and our preference anyway. Although a road outside the villa you'd never know. A very quiet neighbourhood. Pere was on hand so quickly if there was any query or we needed something without him being intrusive. A really enjoyable stay. Thank you very much for having us all.

Très bon sejour à la toussaint dans cette magnifique maison

Superbe maison avec très grande piscine placée à deux pas de la Cala d'es Pou. Idéal pour un séjour à plusieurs familles. Propriétaire extrêmement gentil et arrangeant, qui nous a donné de bons conseils de visites. Propreté impeccable de la maison. Attention : à partir du 1er novembre, tous les magasins et restaurants ferment pour la saison donc à prevoir. Sinon séjour top !

Maison tres agreable et bien située

La maison est adaptée à un sejour en famille. Elle est à proximité des commerces et restaurants et des animations. La vue du balcon est superbe. Pere est très sympathique et disponible.
