Lovely villa, well maintained and well equipped for a family holiday, swimming pool the highlight. Excellent location with everything you would need within walking distance. Would fully recommend for a relaxing family holiday.

We couldn’t have asked for any more from this villa, and in particular Pere, our host. He was always available when required (mostly to pick us up from the supermarket at short notice when the taxis weren’t running!) and nothing was too much trouble. The villa and amenities were excellent and the whole place was spotless! The pictures really don’t do the villa justice. We were 4 adults and 5 kids and had more than enough room. When we weren’t using the excellent pool, we were just a 2 min walk from the beach and 5 min walk from bars and restaurants. It was a fantastic holiday, thank you Pere!

There were 2 of us celebrating our wedding anniversary. Everything about the villa was better than we expect. The sea views from the terrace outside the kitchen were wonderful especially watching the yachts and motor boats coming and going. The at Cala des Pou beach was just rightand only 2 mins away. We visitedthe harbour a few times for meals but our favourite was the Egos Beach Restarant just across from Cala Pou beach. It had very interesting Peruvian inspired food. Tony's Bar in Cala Egos on Thursdays was great having a live guitarist/singer.Pere Joan the owner metus on arrival and showed us everything about the villa. We could not have asked for a better host. There was even a food starter pack with a couple of beers. All together a fabulous 5 star holiday. We hope to go again!

The villa was more impressive than pictures. It is very spacious and I would rate it a 5 star accommodation. The balcony spanned the the front of the house, with sea views, beautiful landscape lighting. We sat outside at breakfast and every evening after dinner to enjoy a beer or glass of wine. The kitchen is well equipped, although we only used it for breakfast and mid-afternoon tea. The pool is very well maintained, and the sun loungers were very comfortable. The bedrooms were large, spacious and very comfortable. The laundry room was a plus. The location couldn't be more perfect. A minute walk to Calo D'es Pou, 10 mins to Cala Egos, a few minutes to bars, restaurants and shopping and a 5 min walk to the marina. We did not need a car as everything was close. I give our host a 10/10 rating, Pere was amazing. He was met us upon arrival and thoroughly went over all aspects pertaining to the house. He left us a welcome basket of breakfast essentials, snacks and a bottle of wine. He graciously organized our taxi return to the airport and was hand to help make our vacation memorable. Thank you Pere! We are hoping to return next year!

Wonderful home in Cala d’Or

Our extended family had a wonderful stay at your home in CalaDOr. We enjoyed the pool and the beach…and the views! The area was quiet and yet you can walk to restaurants, the marina and the beach. We took several trips to other areas of Mallorca from our home base.

Amazing- can’t wait to come back!

The villa was stunning, very clean and a lovely welcome from Pere, the owner who showed us everything the villa had to offer. Great location with the beach only a 2 min walk and the marina a 10 min walk. Nice quiet area also. Pere went above and beyond in helping us and couldn’t fault it.

Amazing House close to the sea

We had a wonderful time in the house. The view from the upper terrasse is great and the pool is big and much fun. The beautiful calla is just a few steps away. The host was super nice and provided us with everything we ask for. Thanks alot for the great stay.

Amazing location

House was better than expected, pool area gorgeous and plenty of space in bedrooms, and living areas. View of ocean. 3mins walk to beach and 10mins to Marina with all the restaurants. Quiet street not touristy, lovely houses surrounding. Shops an easy walk with a supermarket with everything you need.

Great stay in September

We totally loved our stay with 3 kids and our nanny! Just a walking distance to a small beach with a bar and to the marina. Absolutely quiet and exclusive. Thanks Pere for being a great host allowing very late check out. You will be missed!

The villa, its location and host was fantastic.

Fab villa with everything you would want and more. The out door space was amazing expecially the very large Pool. You couldn't wish for a better location nor could you wish for a better host. If we could give it 6 stars we would. Thank you Pere for a lovely stay, look forward to seeing you again.

The Villa is in an excellent location. We had a car but absolutely no need. Less than 100 yds to a lovely beach with bar and restaurant. The villa and pool were excellent. Pool shaded too much in October but assured its fine in summer. Will be back

This villa is spectacular. Spacious, clean, well equipped, comfy beds, a TV/DVD set up that worked!, wonderful pool (10m x 5m), kids toys and inflatables, pool/beach towels provided, cushions for the 10 sun loungers, decent air conditioning, loads of off road parking, table tennis…. The host, Pere, is kind, takes a real pride in his villa, and we were left with no doubt that if there had been any issues (there weren’t) he would have sorted them out asap. A welcome pack of food and drink was also supplied. Toilet paper was supplied for the week, bedding and towels were changed half way through the week, and the pool was unobtrusively maintained several times during our stay.Lastly, location is brilliant. The villa is on a lovely quiet lane. There is a small beach about 100m away. Cala Egos centre for restaurants / bars / shops is a 5 minute walk. Cala D’Or marina is a 10 minute walk. Cala D’or nightlife centre is 5 minutes in the car or a 25 minute walk away. Really this is one of the best, if not the best, of the many villas we have stayed at over the years. Credit goes to Pere for the high quality experience we enjoyed.
