Fabulous house in the perfect location. Direct access to Cala Gran beach it provided the perfect week stay for 2 families. Peter the host is very accommodating and always quick to respond. Cala D’Or is a busy spot and this house was the perfect sanctuary. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house.

We had a wonderful stay. The villa is perfectly positioned, very near the town and with its own access to the beach (not suitable for elderly as it’s a precarious walk over rocks)There is loads of space in the villa, with lots of areas to hang out. The kitchen is well stocked with every utensil and appliance you can think of. The large outdoor table was perfect for family meals while watching the sea!Our only recommendation would be to get more sunloungers as there were only 3/4 for a villa that accommodated 8 people. We would definitely recommend this villa for large families.

Family holiday in Cala D’or

A great property in prime location. Loved the private access to the beach. It was perfect for evening swims and watching the sun rise. The property has everything you could need for a family holiday. We ate in every other night and enjoyed the dining facilities and the bbq. The owners are very responsive if you need anything. The few times we did need to contact them, we received a response in minutes. Highly recommend.

Fantastic modern property with stunning views.

The photos do not do this property justice! It is minimalist and clean but retains a family friendly atmosphere. The outside spaces are well thought out and the views of the turquoise sea in the cove below are beautiful. Absolutely everything has been thought about here from cupboard space, high quality linens and towels, plenty of crockery and glassware, safe spaces and security for children, to the properties’ own toiletries and even mosquito spray. It’s an absolute 5* stay and we will definitely be booking again!

Die Finca ist ideal für Familien direkt am Strand gelegen. Sie ist sehr gut und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Wir waren mit zwei Mietautos da (unsere drei Kinder hatten drei Freunde mit) und kein Parkplatzproblem, da wir direkt vor der Garage parken konnten, die ebenfalls zu der Finca gehört und somit dieser Platz immer frei war.Der Pool ist herrlich und verfügt sogar über einen tieferen Bereich. Es gibt auch eine Tischtennisplatte. Von der großzügigen Veranda aus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick über die Bucht mit dem türkisfarbenen Wasser. Zudem bieten einige Pinien je nach Sonnenstand einen herrlichen Halbschatten und geben dem Garten das perfekte mediterrane Flair. Aufgrund der kurzen Wege (über einen Gartentür kann man direkt in die Bucht) kann man eben mal kurz zum Schwimmen und Schnorcheln in die Bucht und dann direkt wieder zurück auf die Liege am Pool oder auf die Veranda. Einmal waren wir sogar Nachtschnorcheln - dabei haben wir einen kleinen Tintenfisch, einen kleinen Stachelrochen auf dem Sandboden und vieles mehr gesehen. Die Kinder und auch wir Eltern haben die Zeit in der Finca sehr genossen. Wir hatten zudem einen sehr netten Kontakt zu dem Vermieter. - Ich kann die Finca nur wärmsten empfehlen!

This is a wonderful villa in the best location with an excellent host. We loved snorkelling on the beach in the early morning. The sea was clear, clean with no jellyfish. It was incredibly hot when we went in July so the AC and fans were much appreciated and did a great job of keeping the house a cool haven. Peter, the host, was quick, responsive and easily sorted out any teething problems we had. Everything you could ask for (shops, restaurants, etc) are all within easy walking distance. We had a wonderful holiday, Thank you Peter!

Familien Auszeit

Zu unserem besonderen Hochzeitstag, haben wir unsere Kinder und Enkelkinder nach Mallorca eingeladen, um einfach Zeit miteinander zu verbringen. Das Haus ist genau das was ich gesucht habe.Einfach, aber mit guten Materialien und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ohne überflüssigem Gedöns. Wir haben alles einfach so in Gebrauch nehmen können und uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Gerade mit den kleinen Kindern ( 5 Jahre und 2 Monate alt) war es schön einen Pool zu haben und gleichzeitig die Cala Gran mit ihrem Türkises Wasser DIREKT vor der Tür. Es war ein Traum jeden Morgen vom kleinen Felsen direkt ins Meer zu hüpfen. Es blieb wirklich nichts zu wünschen übrig! Sogar tolle, wertige Spielsachen für unsere Enketochter waren vor Ort und natürlich viel interessanter als die eigenen. Der kleine Ort ist sehr touristisch, man findet zwar alles, was man braucht, doch kein wirklich gutes Lokal, wir haben hauptsächlich selbst gekocht und sind dann, um guten Fisch zu essen 6km nach Porto Petro gefahren, Santanyi ist auch nicht weit, doch eigentlich möchte man das schöne Haus mit der kleinen Bucht und der tollen Energie gar nicht verlassen. Wenn wir dürfen, kommen wir ganz bestimmt wieder :))) Die Kommunikation mit Peter und Lucy war prima :)
