New and air-conditioned house on the outskirts of the village of Baudinard sur Verdon, in absolute calm, 5km from the lake of Ste Croix (10 min drive from the beaches).
The house consists of a large living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with 160x200 bed with bathroom, a double bedroom with 160x200 bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a double bed 160x200.
In total 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets.
8mx3m swimming pool with a 3mx1m submerged beach ideal for children or for lounging sitting in the water.
Terrace with shade cloth.
The house was built in 2022, the garden has just been planted.
Functional, fully equipped, the house is ideal for a family stay because it is super central: close to the lakes of Sainte Croix (5km) and Artignosc sur Verdon (8 km), the Gorges du Verdon (30 km), the most beautiful villages of Haute Provence (Tourtour 28km, Cotignac 30km, Sillans la Cascade 26km, Moustiers Sainte Marie 25km) and the Valensole plateau to admire the most beautiful lavender fields (23km).
You can go hiking, water activities such as pedal boat rides, electric boat rental, windsurfing and catamaran rental... and enjoy cooling off in the pool at the end of the day, in a very quiet environment.
All baby equipment is available (cot and high chair). You will find a 10-minute drive from the supermarket / petrol station / pharmacy...) in Régusse.

The house is ideally located near the Lake of Sainte Croix but also the many villages of the Haut Var to visit: Aups, Moustier Sainte Marie, Cotignac, Plateau de Valensol
It is located in a very quiet and peaceful environment, a locality composed of 4 houses. Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden to maintain this peaceful atmosphere.
The house is semi-detached on one side with another house.
