Welcome to our beautiful house in Inverness. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.

As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television in each bedroom and public areas as well as internet access.

This house has 5 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 12.
In the first bedroom, you will find 2 double beds.
In the next bedroom, there is a double bed.
The third bedroom contains a double bed.
The fourth bedroom contains a double bed and 2 single beds.
The fifth bedroom contains a double bed.

4 of the rooms are en suite and have walk in showers. The 4th bedroom has its own bathroom with walk in shower across the hall.

Former B&B that has been well used

Property in need of major upgrades. Appears to have DIY fixes throughout which are ‘quirky’ to say the least. The owners are charming and very helpful. Bed in upstairs river facing bedroom had broken springs on river side. Downstairs bedroom, instead of an extractor fan from en-suite there was a tumble dryer hose coming through bedroom window- which was permanently wedged open for that purpose. Upstairs bedroom overlooking car park had stench which seemed to be coming from the drains and might explain the flood reported by basement tenant of separate property. We can only assume that no reviews are available because they are all like ours - or were we the first guests? This is 3rd Home & Away/Vrbo property we have stayed in and is by far the worst. We would not return.
