Great location. Cabin was ready early for us. Plenty of room for a party of 16. Price was wonderful. Parking for 6 vehicles was a little tight but we managed. Cabin could use a deep clean and new paint, carpet and dining room chairs fixed. But nothing to keep us from a great time.

Great house and close to all the action in Pigeon Forge. Suggestions: We wished there was one bedroom with twins for kids. Our 10 and 12 year old girls don't really like to share. Also, there needs to be a bear safe trash receptacle. And more than one can. A bear got into the flimsy porch trashcan our first night, dragged it onto the driveway and scattered stuff everywhere for us to clean up. Other houses in the area have secure enclosures for their cans.

Ladies Weekend Getaway

We have a group of 6 ladies that travel to Pigeon Forge each fall for a “girls” weekend with lots of shopping, food and fun. This is the second year we have stayed in the same cabin. We have never been disappointed.

A Joyful Stay

A group of us were in town for the Women of Joy conference. Upon arrival, our door code did not work. Help arrived promptly to remedy the problem. The cabin was clean and well stocked with everything we needed.

Christmas in the mountains

We thoroughly enjoyed On Eagles Wings, all 4 floors. The kids getting their own floor made life more relaxing for the parents! The living room/ dining area was cozy yet big enough for 13 opening gifts. Mgt. Was responsive. Suggestions: Let it be known you don’t have hair dryers and remove the carpeting from the stair cases.

Nice cabin not as large as I expected but large enough for our groupof11. Refrigerator could be bigger. No ice maker. Plenty of towels, everything was in a good working condition, and very clean. Quiet neighborhood.

A lot of Room

The cabin was great , lots of space and close to everything! The cabin is great big groups . We loved it ! Our only suggestion is that it Could use 1 extra Trash Receptacle for all the trash outside. (With a locked Lid ). We had Raccoons getting into the trash on front porch .. But the GrandKids loved it .. they watched him eat stuff out of trash . So had to pick trash up couple of days ..

The house needs updating. The water is washing the front porch foundation away. It’s a dangerous hole. It’s obvious no one is watching over the house. The blinds were missing slates. It wasn’t clean. The shower in one bath had dead bugs and stains from bottle leakage. We had to put 2 couch mattresses together before it could be slept on and then my son had to move and sleep with my husband. The beds were broken in the middle. It’s location was great. We had plenty of space for 14. We hung out in the great room and the huge dining area. We turned on the fireplace. It was warm and cozy and we had a great time.
Kitchen had everything but wash first!
Bed skirts were too big but sheets were clean.

There was a few problems

Pool table was in bad condition. Foosball table missing 1 foot. Some of the light bulbs blown. Pots and pans dirty. Front room tv volume not working. There was plenty of room and everyone did have a good time.

Not what we saw online

The house is big and the neighborhood is great, a lot of details inside the house, it was not clean, mold in bathroom, sofa are very uncomfortable and the worse part is that we did not notify during our stay so vrbo can help with the money we paid for it! It is not what it shows in pictures, we paid a cleaning fee and it wasn’t clean at all. Really sad how this is a beautiful property and it is been a bad experience due the old and cleanless areas.

I don’t know how this got good ratings. So many things wrong starting with the house number not matching what was given bedroom diagrams not accurate which caused issues of where my family could sleep. Sofa beds old and uncomfortable. It was dusty and dirty. Black mold living under faucet handle top. Tubs old and nasty. Kitchen Ifloor was black. Old nasty brown shag carpet!!

It got the job done. I slept good and had everything I needed to be comfortable.The main issue I had is it felt run down. No smart TV besides in the main living room. Pool table had lean, foosball table was falling apart, warm tub not hot, chairs at the big table felt they were about to clap out under 200lbs of me. Ground level fridge was made for hobbits, I could not fit much in it at all, had to put my beer in downstairs fridge.It’s in a nice location, both pretty area and close to attractions. The management company was good about communication with me. Overall I didn’t have any problems. I think I’d try somewhere new next time. I’d recommend the owner throw a small amount of money at it. I want non-broke toys (pool/foosball) and some better creature comforts. No Tv you use today should have DVR and at least 43” so I can see the picture. Normal Fridge on main level, preferably one with water line/ice built in. As long as I am on my wish list… decor upgrade/update. Small things. The decoration was good overall.If you threw 5k investment into fixes/upgrades/ updates, you would only have 5 star reviews. Right now it’s stuck in the early 2000s in every respect, in never adapted. I still appreciated my stay it met all basic needs. I just know how much more potential it has.

Lifetime Memories

The cabin was nice and clean well stocked. You provided towels toilet tissue, full kitchen utensils. Even though we bought our own bath towels, toliet tissue, pots, eating and cooking utensils. Will plan another trip really soon.
