It has air conditioning wich was very nice to have. The location is perfect, short walk to the beaches and good restaurants all around. There is a grocery store in the building wich has a good selection of bakery items in the morning. The pool was nice to have to. We would definitely recommend this place.

Fabulous apartment in a superb location

Apartment is newly renovated, is well fitted out, and the bathroom has a great rain shower. WiFi worked very well, and tv has a good selection of channels, including BBC, ITV and CNN. The owner, Jose Luis, was very attentive and did his utmost to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. Great location. 100 metres from the beach, and both Adeje and Los Cristianos are within easy walking distance. For us, the balcony was the best feature with sea views and we enjoyed many sundowners there. This apartment became home from home for us and we plan on returning next year.
