3 bedroom Cottage, top of Porthmeor Hill

Fully refurbished 3 bedroom Cottage with 2 bath/shower rooms, within a 2 minute walk of Porthmeor Beach, with parking and wifi. Once a farm building to the next door Farmhouse, this cottage is new to holiday letting (for 2021 season), following a years renovation. On arrival at the cottage there is parking for 2 cars, a gated decked area which is a lovely sun trap from morning to late afternoon. On entrance, a lounge to the right with wood burning stove, and opened planned kitchen/dining area to the left. The stairs lead master bedroom with king size bed, ensuite with bath and shower over, wc and basin. Second bedroom with super king zip & link, which can be split to 2 x 3ft singles and third bedroom with 2 x 3ft singles. The second shower room with wc and basin complete the first floor. The ground floor comprises kitchen with Range cooker, fridge freezer, Dishwasher, microwave, & washer/dryer plus dining area. The lounge with seating for 6, and wood burning stove. Parking is for a maximum of 2 cars and super fast broadband. This cottage offers the feel of a cottage, but with the modern touch, and just a 2 minute walk to Porthmeor Beach. All bedrooms have Smart t/vs, and lounge t/v has Netflix. One dog is accepted but not permitted on soft furnishings, or left alone in the cottage. During peak weeks this cottage lets on a Saturday to Saturday basis.

A lovely cottage just outside the busy centre but a short walk from all shops and restaurants. On the quieter side of St Ives but above the glorious Porthmear beach and it’s lovely bar and restaurant.

Rose Cottage was amazing with plenty of space and everything you would need, very clean and bright, dog friendly, in a great location with the added bonus of parking and a decked area. Great communication with Liz.

Clean rooms, well prepared kitchen with some starter materials like coffee, tea, milk, salt, pepper.Equipped bathrooms and a lovely terrasse to spend the evenings outside.Parking in front of the door was very helpful.Very good communication in advanxce and during our stay.Check-in and out very easy.I would recommend this cottage to families with a dog.We has a fantastic holiday

Truly a rose.

Rose Cottage is a well appointed, comfortable, welcoming property. Parking off-street, instructions great and big enough for SWB Campervan. Host popped-by for a nice chat, would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic holiday at Rose Cottage, which is perfectly located for a break in St Ives. The house is dog friendly, in great condition with everything you would need. Liz was very helpful.

Perfect Place to stay to say goodbye to 2023 and hello to 2024

Amazing house! The photo's don't do the house justice, it is even better in person! It has ben decorated perfectly and felt like home! It has all you need for a great stay! All the bedrooms are a good size and have very comfortable beds! The kitchen is well equipped and the front room had loads of room for 6 childish adults! Thanks for a great stay. Ann

Hidden gem

Great location, with all the amenities required. Would happily stay again but maybe out of the main season as St Ives was really busy.
