The property had mould. The door frame to bathroom was hanging off, the wood rotten. The door would not close. Furnishings were shabby. The cabinet in the toilet was in poor state- peeling layers. The sink blocked. Lino on floor chipped. Bedroom walls stained and punched in. I could go on. We complained to company within 4 minutes of arrival and daily after that. Spoke to your representative who was very supportive. He put me on to managing agent. Awaiting a response from owner
