A lovely spacious house perfect for all age family holidays in beautiful countryside. The pool was area was very well designed for family use with wide steps at one end. Local amenities were all close by.

The house was wonderful, plenty of room to park. The pool was refreshing and we'll kept. Any problems were addressed in a very quick manner. The recommended sites were helpful and private Chef is worth doing. There is air conditioning only in bedrooms and mght have an extra fee for utility usage..there is no oven inside only stove top burners. We would definitely rent it again.

Fantastic villa!

Fantastic villa in beautiful surroundings! Very nice and large pool in a beautiful garden. Not much tourists in the area, very genuine experience. Nice restaurants on walking distance. Good location if you want to explore the rest of Umbria and Rome. Everything went very smoothly with the owner and everyone else involved. Quick response if we had something to ask. I can gladly recommend this villa for your next Italian holiday! ♥️

Beautiful garden and nice house.

Green and nice garden. Clean house. Nothing luxurious, but great for our extended family vacation with children. The kitchen is not so big, but functional. Although missing sharp knives. There is a road nearby which has some traffic in the morning and the late afternoon. You don’t see it, but hear some cars once in a while. We did not get disturbed though.

Beautiful Umbria

The villa was an excellent venue with very good facilities and enjoys an impressive vista. We were able to visit local towns with ease and we all enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the location. Information was provided via texts from the local agent when we had queries but we were surprised that there was no welcome pack / information about the local area - rubbish collection days / local restaurants/ local shops/bakers etc which we were able to find out by ourselves in the end. We would recommend the owners leaving some water in the fridge as a minimum welcome as the first thing we had to do was locate the nearest supermarket on our phone. The disabled access bathroom would also benefit from some grab rails in the shower. Other than this we were very happy with our stay and would certainly recommend the villa.

Great week in Umbria

We had a great week in Umbria where we discovered many nice places. The house was spacious and well equipped. Most of all we, both grown-ups and children, used the swimming pool area located with a beautiful view.

Spaziosa, funzionale, con una piscina fantastica appena davanti la casa e un bel portico dove mangiare o giocare a ping pong e biliardino. Migliorabili i letti (un po' troppo morbidi).

Nice house and experience

We were in 10 people (8 adults, 2 children) for one full week in this house and we enjoyed a lot. The bedroom and bathroom in the ground floor are suitable for wheelchair users, which was very important to us. The other bedrooms are spacious. All air-conditioners worked perfectly. The house ad, description and photos are accurate. The house was very clean when we got there, the same goes for the pool which we had the opportunity to enjoy every day. Bed sheets and bath towels were very clean, hot water was never a problem. Ping-pong racquets and balls were available, the same goes for the table football. We had one or two small issues that were incredibly quickly resolved, kudos! Overall that was a quite nice experience. I can definitely recommend.
