In 1918 "Commendator" Guido Sforni acquired the factory from Conte Napoleone Passerini of Firenze. the factory was made of 13 units, each one with a piece of land and a living farm for people and animals.
Guido Sforni needed all its energies to reclaim the land, to restructure houses and buy machines.
Time passing, factory growing: 150 unemployed people gained a job thanks to Guido Sforni. Cultivation was traditional: wheat, corn, forage, vines and olives. Machines were best of breed.
After the ned of fascism, that stole and destoyed properties, "Commendator" Sforni started again with the same energy and willing so much so that Liberation Front and Allies nominated him as Commiss
In 1950 he died. His heirs kept on his job, buying and changing lands till present setting.
