House was a lovely cottage! Clean and quiet! It was a fun trip with many activities at the house! The house had all the amenities needed for vacation! The dock and kayaks were lots of fun! Ellie was a fabulous host and very quick to get back with us! We enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the future!

Very clean quaint little house. Everything was provided that you could possibly need for cooking/cleaning. The view is beautiful and I was able to bring my boat- the location has a nice covered dock. Great location- about 7 min (by boat) to the Harbor light south marina and the restaurant located on site (great margaritas). We had a great time and will stay here again in the future! Thanks

Lake Hartwell Cottage

Check in was a breeze. The host stayed in contact with me the whole time with any questions I had. Kitchen area is incredibly clean. Overall very nice place to stay!

We had a small family getaway with me my wife and daughters and grandbabby .

We had a great time house was as described , dock and lake access was perfect short walk to the lake. Parking was fine and easy acess from the highway .

Amazing Weekend Getaway

Very impressed with the property and the folks who hosted. We had booked this property after another trip fell through and we were glad it did. I highly recommend staying at this property if youre looking for privacy, upgraded amenities, relaxation, and access to some of the best fishing in the southeast.

A Memorable Memorial Day Weekend

Quiet and peaceful getaway. We spent most every day on the dock fishing or just relaxing. The bed was comfortable. Thw house was clean. I would stay here again.

House had everything you need for a wonderful stay. Walk down to the water wasn't as steep as some places on the lake, but not concrete. Owner was extremely responsive - and pleasant to work with. ENJOYED the 9 days!

A Relaxing Vacation

We liked the location on the lake as it was away from the boat traffic, yet close to kayak to Poplar Springs park, and a nearby island. The house had everything we needed. We loved sitting out on the deck, and viewing the lake from the bedroom and living room.

Lovely time at Cheerful cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the dock and the view to the open water of Lake Hartwell, and the home itself was very nice, plenty of room and comfortable. Would certainly recommend it for others' enjoyment!

Comfy cottage on a Lake

We had a spectacular time staying in this cottage. Nicely decorated and ultra clean. The host is spectacular. Just “siitin’ on the dock of the lake”was just what we needed.

Great location and cute place!

Everything was perfect except the weather! Great location and this place had everything you would need, from shampoo/conditioner to towels and fun lake toys. Just bring your clothes and enjoy your time here.

Wonderful girls weekend getaway

We had a wonderful relaxing mom's getaway. The beds were super comfortable and house was clean, welcoming and comfortable. We rented a boat from Harbor Light Marina (excellent experience) just a short ride from the property. Peace of Pie (pizza, sandwiches, etc.) was amazing and also a short ride. We hope to rent again for a future weekend!
