This spacious, modern and stylish two-bedroom penthouse apartment overlooks the marina of Estepona. It offers a large master bedroom with a king size bed (160x200cm) and en-suite modern shower room, plus a second bedroom with a double bed (135x190cm) with access to the family shower room. The apartment sleeps four people in comfort. The master bedroom has bedside USB ports for charging your phone and the second bedroom a desk if you need to work. In the open plan lounge/diner, with its leather sofas seating five, there is British TV, Spanish and international channels available on the smart flatscreen TV (adjustable position). Fibre optic internet (via Wifi) is also provided for your use in the apartment and roof terrace. The dining table extends to accommodate four people. The lounge accesses the balcony where there is a comfortable dining area for four guests and views over the pool and marina, plus two relaxer chairs. A sun awning keeps the area shaded in the summer months, if needed. Centralised air conditioning is available in the whole apartment, which is controlled from the lounge. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch integrated appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, induction electric hob and fridge/freezer, plus plenty of utensils and cooking pots.
