Beautiful, comfortable cottage "Olive Grove Sabina", 2 storeys. Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the hamlet Canneto 10 km from the centre of Passo Corese, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. Private: property 1 ha (fenced), garden 1 ha (fenced) with trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 120 - 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, table tennis, patio, arbour, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace. Narrow motor access to the house (500 m via unmade road). Shop 1 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, bar 2 km, café 2 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Fara Sabina FL1 - to Roma" 10 km. Nearby attractions: Roma 45 km, Rieti 30 km, Orvieto 70 km, Tivoli 40 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago del Turano 30 km, Lago di Bracciano 40 km. Please note: car recommended. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 double bed and air conditioning. Exit to the garden. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the garden, to the loggia. 2 showers/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Upper floor: (spiral staircase) open mezzanine with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 2 terraces 50 m2, large patio 30 m2, large patio 30 m2. Very beautiful panoramic view of the valley. Facilities: washing machine, mosquito net. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (fenced 4 cars). The house consists into 2 cottages . One cottage consist in 1 living/dining room , 1 bedroom situated on the mezzanine and 1 shower/WC. The other consists in a living room with sofabed, one bedroom and a shower/WC .The cottages are conneted via video intercom with each other.Apple tv service avaialbe in the house.
