A private pool and heated hot tub, both filled with saltwater, along with an outdoor Siberian fir sauna, offer guests wellness and relaxation for a nature-filled holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Equipped with PRIVATE PARKING. Surrounded by olive trees and offering a view of Mount Soratte. One hour from Rome. Elegantly furnished both inside and out. Barbecue, ping-pong, and foosball; a kindergarten and yoga area—all available to guests. Patios and gardens spread across all levels of the villa.

The three-level property is located on the border with Umbria and is equipped with every comfort. A private swimming pool and an Intex hydromassage tub—both heated with saltwater—as well as an outdoor sauna made of Siberian spruce, offer guests well-being and relaxation for a holiday in nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Equipped with PRIVATE PARKING. Surrounded by olive trees and offering a view of Mount Soratte. One hour from Rome. Elegantly furnished both inside and out. Barbecue, table tennis, and foosball, as well as a children’s play area and yoga area, are all available to guests. Patios and gardens are spread across all levels of the villa.

An absolutely incredible place with breathtaking views! The villa features a large, beautifully kept territory and a wonderful pool where we spent most of our time taking in the scenery. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. Perfect spot if you want peace, space, and stunning surroundings. We enjoyed every moment and would definitely love to return!
