About the host
Hosted by Dr Alan Burge
Known universally as "Budgie", I'm a retired Surgeon & Author living in the adjacent main house with partner Barbara. I'm a keen sailor and golfer, happy to advise renters on how best to maximize their holiday experience.
Why they chose this property
I designed and built Viney Lodge 20 years ago as my retirement home. The adjacent Studios "Wellington" & "Nelson" were converted from an outbuilding in 2018
What makes this property unique
The situation of this house could not be more convenient., 15 mins walk from the centre of the historic town of Lymington, one of England's main Yachting venues, with fine shopping and a bustling Saturday street market., but also with rural peace close to the Solent sea wall. Both Studios One and Two have private access, private parking, and outside areas for alfresco dining.
