Calpe

La ubicación, el apartamento es monísimo y está puesto con todo detalle , muy buena calidad de los electrodomésticos ( menos el tostador que estaba inservible ). La limpieza ( el armario de la habitación estaba bastante sucio por dentro, detrás del sillón de la terraza hacía tiempo que no se barría.. ) La antena de la tele estaba sin terminar de instalar con lo que no se cogían casi canales ( pegada con cinta aislante ). El aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien y hacia hielo ( señal de una mala instalación ) El tostador derretido por la parte de arriba ( habría que cambiarlo )

Vacaciones verano - agosto 2022

La ubicación, decoración interior y mobiliario Falta de cortinas traslúcidas tanto en habitación como en comedor. El balcón también necesita cortinas para evitar sol y calentamiento del interior. Los cerramientos de aluminio no cierran bien. La puerta de la entrada precisa una escobilla o felpa en la parte inferior para evitar entre tanto viento y suciedad al apartamento. La ducha al ser plana al mismo nivel del suelo se tiene que controlar que se salga el agua pues la goma inferior de la puerta mampara no retiene el agua y el sumidero se tendría que revisar el mantenimiento para que trague mejor el agua. La lámpara de pie no tiene bombillas. Debería tener parking pues me dieron mando del parking y no la tarjeta de reconocimiento del parabrisas.
