Great location and views, pool deep and slippery therefore not child friendly or as warm as expected.Villa spacious but in need of refurbishment, all facilities as listed provided and beds are comfortable.Outside space is great with plenty of shade if required.WIFI was not working upon arrival and should have been checked by the agent.Over all a very enjoyable stay but certainly room for improvement from both the landlord and the agent to maintain the price it deserves.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience. In comparison to hotels or restaurants, holiday villas have very few guests per season, so a positive review is really a treasure, thank you! We are delighted to hear that overall you had a very enjoyable stay. We are sorry about the delay in restoring the Wi-Fi. Thank you also for your comments regarding the pool and the general condition of the villa. We take our guests’ feedback seriously and will certainly forward the information when reviewing the property with the owners. It was a pleasure having you stay with us, and really hope we may have the opportunity to welcome you back to Menorca in the future. Kind regards, Gundi

This is a house that is in a beautiful location, and could be spectacular but sadly is unloved and in a state of disrepair. The management company couldn’t have been more efficient, and dealt swiftly with any problem we encountered and were easy to get hold of with great communication throughout.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the location and that you were satisfied with the service provided by our team. We try as hard as we can to give a perfect service, even providing some items that in reality don't belong to the normal equipment of the house. At the same time, we are sorry to learn that certain aspects of the property did not meet your expectations. We take comments regarding maintenance and the condition of the house very seriously and will review your observations carefully with the owners. The villa receives improvement each year. Air con was installed in all bedrooms, new decoration in the bedrooms etc etc We appreciate your balanced feedback. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.

Casa molto bella e consigliabile

Vista splendida. Con una scala in pochi minuti su raggiunge la baia che è bellissima.Migliorie consigliabili:10 bicchieri uguali per il vino e disinfestazione della cucina da formiche piccolissime che si trovano ovunque.
