Mooie omgeving en fantastisch wandelgebied, echter te veel minpunten: Schimmel in badkamer, Tuinmeubels stuk, Levensgevaarlijke elektra in badkamer (o.a. plafondlamp en wcd’s naast wastafel). Geen contact kunnen krijgen met de eigenaresse, nam niet op en belde ook nooit terug. Geen privacy ivm drone die rond de woning vloog om te checken of wij wel waren gearriveerd. Drone vertrok vanuit de tuin van de eigenaresse vloog direct om ons huis en toen rechtstreeks weer terug. We weten namelijk waar de eigenaresse woont van 6 jaar geleden. Tuin niet onderhouden. Gevaarlijk wegzakkende tuin aan het einde van de op/afrit. Geen wijn en bierglazen aanwezig etc,etc. Verder was het huis totaal niet herkenbaar als een Belvilla huis, geen info aanwezig….

Zum 2. Mal hier gewesen. Alles gut organisiert in Bezug auf Einrichtung und Ausstattung. Alles ist überall verfügbar. (Besteck, Pfannen usw.) 2 Waschmaschinen (!), Wäschetrockner. Eine kleine, aber ausreichende Spülmaschine. Normaler Kühlschrank. Alles auch sehr sauber. Was uns enttäuscht, sind die Matratzen. Sie müssen wirklich ersetzt werden. Außerdem sind das Sofa und die dazugehörigen Stühle nicht wirklich bequem. Wir sind nicht anspruchsvoll, also gut genug für uns, aber manchmal möchte man besser. 😉 Auch schön zu sehen, dass die übriggebliebenen Gegenstände, wie Teebeutel, Kaffeefilter, Brotbeutel usw. (wahrscheinlich von früheren Gästen) zurückgelassen werden und verwendet werden können. Ruhe dich aus und ruhe dich noch einmal aus. Super schöner Ort zum Verweilen.

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön. Sehr ruhig. In der Nähe gibt es viele Dinge zu tun und zu sehen. Die Kinder haben eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet. Bei der Ankunft fanden wir lediglich eine kaputte Gefrierschranktür und einen kaputten Staubsaugerschlauch vor.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr ruhig und entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Ggfs. Wäre eine größere Kaffeemaschine sinnvoll. Schade ist auch, dass es keinen Grill vor Ort gab (Obwohl auf den Fotos einer zu sehen ist).

Maison très agréable avec tout le confort. Cette maison est également bien située proche de la fore^t , au calme. Nous sommes à 7 kilomètres de Hermeskeil avec ses nombreux magasins comme Kaufland et à 30 kilomètres de cette superbe ville de Trier qui est la plus ancienne ville d Allemagne avec ses vestiges de l'époque romaine, la Porta Nigra et sa splendide cathédrale.. au coeur de la ville , magnifique. Il fait bon y vivre.

Vernieuw de matrassen. Die op de benedenste verdieping is echt helemaal op. Verder hebben wij een fijn verblijf gehad. Dank daarvoor.

Leuk huis, voorzien van beddengoed, handdoeken en wasmachine en droger. Nette badkamer met ruime inloopdouche en apart klein bad voor kleine kinderen. Kijkt uit over een dal met een klein dorpje. Voorzien van rolluiken. Met de auto kan je leuke uitstapjes maken. Binnen halft uurtje zit je hartje Trier. Supermarkten op 7 minuten rijden. De wifi is matig. En vooral rondom woonkamer goed.

Erg net huisje met nette voorzieningen. Het was van alle gemakken voorzien (zoals bbq en parasol). De ligging is goed als je de rust op wil zoeken, de meeste bezienswaardigheden zijn op 30/60 minuten rijden. Je moet waarschijnlijk geluk hebben, maar wij zagen een hert en vuurvliegjes vanaf het terras. Enige feedback aan de verhuurder zou zijn: de buitenverlichting is erg fel, en is niet handmatig uit te zetten.
