Nicely presented 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom townhouse on this popular complex. The terrace is east facing and the roof terrace gives access to all day sunshine.
The panoramic Blue Flag beaches of Vera are a 5 minute walk away and the popular towns of Vera, Garrucha and Mojacar are 5 minutes by car. This property is ideally located for golf enthusiasts with 4 premier golf courses within 10 minutes drive.

Key collection for the property that you have rented for your holiday will be from a key safe located in Mojacar / Vera playa and will be available from 3pm. The arrival information will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks before your arrival date with clear instructions included for your arrival to your property. Presencial meetings can be arranged if preferred and the cost will be 25€ payable to the agent on arrival.
We offer addicional services such as welcome packs, cot & highchair hire and these can be booked and paid for on your arrival.

This is a lovely little holiday home less than a 10 minute walk from the sea. The house was spotless when we arrived and instructions for collecting the keys and finding the property on the urbinisation were very clear and easy to follow. The beds and sofas were lovely and comfortable and everything we needed was provided.The two pool areas are also spotlessly clean and had a lifeguard in attendence and the whole place is beautifully maintained with lovely plants and flowers giving a real holiday feel.The air conditioning in all the rooms was great but it was lovely to have the option of the ceiling fans too as too much air con can give me a sore throat. There are lots of different bars and restaurants close by and the small supermarket a couple of minutes away. For a bigger shop the large supermarket is just a short drive away and you have a choice of markets in Garrucha, Vera and Mojacar which are all easily accessible by the bus which stops outside the urbinisation.

En general bastante bien pero hay cosas mejorables. La presión del agua en el baño es muy baja tanto el lavabo como la ducha es difícil usarlo y deberían revisarlo.La placa vitrocerámica está muy anticuada y se tarda mucho en hacer la comida. Convendría poner una placa de inducción. Como sugerencia, una airflyer vendría genial.También se podría poner un dispositivo Chromecast en la Tv para poder ver apps tipo Netflix o Prime y ver películas en castellano, por ejemplo.

Résidence Fuentemar, Garrucha-Vera

La maison se situe dans une résidence privée, calme, équipée de 2 piscines, le tout très joliment entretenu, à 10 mn à pieds de la plage. La maison est fonctionnelle, avec une terrasse en RDC et une terrasse sur le toit où il fait très chaud l'été.Cependant, je regrette le temps où vous étiez accueillis avec le sourire par votre hôte.La procédure de récupération des clefs et les contacts avec l'agence sont très mécaniques, déshumanisés, le tout par mails impersonnels.C'est le seul point noir du séjour. Belles vacances sinon.
