Lovely townhouse in lovely surroundings in great location.

Had a wonderful time here. Very spacious and well laid out. Nice patio area and great roof terrace. Right near the great sized pool and garden area. Short walk to brilliant beach and nice bars/restaurants. It is about 15 minute walk into the town of Garrucha which has plenty of shops & bars. Would highly recommend this property and will most likely stay there again ourselves.

This small hotel was clean and modern. Very welcoming couple on arrival and departure. Just a little negative was the access to hot water on the landing area to make tea/coffee was not working (missed my morning cuppa)Good hotel across the road to eat no other options really as the location is in an industrial area.

Lovely family holiday!!!

We were welcomed warmly by our hostess Dawn who was thoroughly supportive and helpful throughout our visit. There were a couple of hiccups at the beginning but were dealt with promptly by the owner James that was very impressive! The area and facilities were brilliant and so close to beach and restaurants too! We had our daughter who is 20mths with us and didnt hire a car as we wanted to stay local for the 9days. Plenty to do with the pools, bars, beaches, playgrounds and promenades. Bliss and would highly recommend to any family with youngsters! Defo go the millionares bar we went everyday!!!

Hemos estado muy a gusto en esa propiedad. El equipamiento de la casa es muy completo, tanto en mobiliario como en comodidades. Quizás necesitaría alguna cosita más como una televisión un poquito más efectiva ya que se perdía un poco la señal y la luz del salón que era muy tenue demasiado.

Estancia agradable. El apartamento está en frente de la piscina por lo que es muy cómodo. No es ruidosa. La casa es fresquita aunque hay aire acondicionado. Lo único que deberían dejar dos juegos de llaves.

Rafraîchissement de l'annonce et du logement...

= Les côtés négatifs d'abord = Les photos de l'annonce et le logement ne correspondaient pas, des photos ont été rajoutées en cours de semaine suite à nos remarques. Nous avons dû refaire toute la vaisselle que nous avons voulu utiliser. Pas de cafetière (contrairement aux photos), bouilloires inutilisables car trop sales depuis longtemps (mouches collées). La literie est à revoir complètement. Mauvaise communication avec la personne en charge sur place suite à nos remarques, notamment sur la saleté. = Les côtés positifs ensuite = Bel environnement, belle résidence. Logement juste en face de la piscine. à 10' à pieds de la plage. Proximité des petits magasins. Terrasse rooftop mieux aménagée que les photos.

Estancia un poco atropellada

Una estancia un poco atropellada ya que tuvimos unos cuantos problemas desde el día de la entrada aunque tanto el dueño como la persona de contacto respondían y daban soluciones rápido. En cuanto al apartamento está bastante escaso de menaje de cocina, solo nos dejaron unas sábanas para 13 días y ni si quiera estaban completos los juegos, no había para todas las camas y eso que éramos 3 adultos. Los sofás muy sucios, viejos e incómodos dándoles un uso de sofá, así que no me imagino el tener que usarlo de cama. El suelo de la terraza está peligroso para tropezarse ya que está hundido. En cuanto a la ubicación en la urbanización muy buena, al ser de esquina corría airecito y se estaba muy bien en la terraza ya que a nosotros nos encanta hacer la vida en ella siempre y cuando sea posible; ademas la ubicación respecto a la playa también es buena un paseíllo de unos 10 minutos. Los aires acondicionados perfectos aunque no ha hecho mucha falta usarlos.

Whatever you want from your vacation this place should appease everybody. Swimming Pool, Beach, Sports Bars, Coffee Shops, Ice Cream Parlours and FANTASTIC restaurants plus a surprise ( to us anyway ) a cosy roof terrace to top up your tan

La location était conforme à l'annonce, agréable, très calme. Par contre perdu 1h00 à l'arrivée pour récupérer les clefs. Le monsieur n'a pas pu être présent, nous avons dû aller chercher les clefs chez lui, dans un autre village, mais les indications données étaient très mauvaises donc grosse perte de temps, de l'énervement( après 15 heures de trajet et un lever à 3h30!!!). Puis à l'arrivée dans le logement, une marre d'eau devant le frigo qui dégivrant tout en étant branché. Donc obligé de passer la serpillière plusieurs fois dans la soirée. Un sac de vêtement mouillé car posé dans cette eau. Au moment de mettre le linge à sécher, nous nous sommes aperçu que l'étendage était cassé !!! J'ai donc contacté la dame par messagerie, qui m'a dit qu'ils m'en apporteraient un le lendemain. Ils ne l'ont jamais apporté. Et pour le frigo elle m'a dit qu'ils n'avaient pas pû faire autrement par rapport aux précédents locataires. Je trouve tout cela bien léger !!! Au cours du séjour, les serrures des entrées de la résidence ont été changé sans que nous soyons au courant. Nous pouvions sortir mais pas entrer. La nouvelle clef ne nous avait pas été donné par la personne s'occupant de la location sur place !! Il a fallu la contacter pour nous l'apporter. Le monsieur l'a apporté le soir. Il a sonné, ne s'est pas présenté, m'a tendu la clef et est reparti en me disant au revoir !! C'est quand même rustre, je n'ai pas l'habitude de ce genre de comportement,de personnes qui se préoccupent si peu de leur locataire. En ce qui concerne la caution, je me demande comment ça se passe puisqu'il n'y a pas d'état des lieux à l'entrée ni à la sortie. Très peu de document d'explications, il a fallu farfouiller dans les tiroirs pour trouver le code wi fi sur un bout de papier volant... C'est dommage.

bonjour remise des clefs tres bref et pas d inventaire (mais c est l espagne)manque de la vaiselles saladiers couverts casseroles pour 6 pers c est juste mas tres bon sejour et surtout toutes les pieces sont climatisees et solarium c est genial je recommande nous avons passe un bon sejour bruno

Great Holiday

Lovely House,just maybe could have more kitchen utensils had to buy a few things but really not a problem really convenient for restaurants and the beach. Beds around the pool would have been good.

Hi Deborah Thank you for your feedback, the house should be fully equipped and if not I can only assume stuff has got damaged or gone missing somehow. Please let me know what you felt you had to purchase. Had you let myself or Mitch know sooner we would have supplied the missing utensils for you. This is very easy to put right and often in the " heat " of Summer pardon the pun where we have back to back bookings maybe Mitch is struggling to keep on top of the inventory. Highly recommend staying in this property

Had a fantastic holiday, the house was very clean and comfortable and had all we needed for our stay. There are lots of lovely restaurants nearby that not only served amazing food it were very reasonable. The beach is lovely and only a 10 minute walk away. The communal areas around the house were really clean and the pools were lovely. Our only suggestion Would be a little guide in the house to the restaurants , bars and attractions in the area and emergency numbers (although the owner did answer all these questions via email when we emailed to ask) We would highly recommend a stay here and will definitely be returning.

I agree 100 % with your suggestion that there should be some literature to hand for useful / emergency phone numbers. Taxi / Police / Pharmacy etc. In addition I have been meaning to produce a Gastro Guide to Garrucha and surrounding areas and this is currently a work in progress ( honestly it is ) but I will get that finished too. an unforgettable stay

We went with our son and girlfriend for 4 days and had a wonderful time at this villa. The place was very clean and spacious with everything you would need in a home. It has a good sized communal swimming pool and is also close to the beach. The resort is very well kept with lovely flowers and is very peaceful though at the same time is near to shops and restaurants. Parking was no problem there are plenty of spaces just outside the villa. One of the days we drove to Murcia which is only about an hour and half and also to Western Leone which is a western-style theme park in Almeria so we did make the most of our stay there. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Convenient for Garrucha fish restaurants, complex reasonably quiet, Pool attendant wouldn't let you have a chair by the pool, so it was the grass or nothing.

Hi Sean I think your time line is wrong as it was July 2017 that you stayed, During the summer months the swimming pools are attended by a life guard and its pot luck I suppose who is on duty. I have a low level deck chair which I use everytime I visit and no one has ever said anything although I mainly visit off peak so maybe they are a little stricter during the summer. I was there myself for 9 days in June and had no problems plus I witnessed several other guests / residents reading in a deck chair by the pool so I will need to investigate this a little for you.
