The property is an authentic Tuscan building. Completely renovated, it has retained its characteristic stone exterior walls, imposing oak beams, terracotta floors, and charming cross-vaulted ceilings.
The Podere is very spacious and comfortable. Its spacious indoor and outdoor areas make it particularly well-suited for hosting families with children and groups of friends, or for celebrating special occasions and ceremonies. Nestled in a large, fully fenced garden that is safe for young children, among shady plane trees and fruit trees, the villa offers its guests the privacy they need. The pool is also fully fenced and safe for children to access. The villa is a single-family home spread over two floors.
On the ground floor, the villa features a beautiful, spacious kitchen with a large dining room that can accommodate tables for up to 20 people, a large open-concept room (60 square metres) used as a bedroom for teenagers or groups of friends (sleeps 6), and a bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a fireplace for relaxing and a reading room; also on the ground floor, there are 4 spacious bedrooms (each with a double bed, one or two single beds, and a private bathroom), all very bright and offering panoramic views (sleeps 14).
You can dine outdoors on the Carraia patio, which offers a splendid view of the Valdera hills all the way to Volterra.

All of Tuscany’s major art cities are within a 1- to 1.5-hour drive, as are the sea and beaches of the Etruscan Coast and the charming villages of the Val di Cecina.
