Accueil très chaleureux par notre hôte d'une grande disponibilité, toujours prête à nous aider, nous renseigner. Un plateau de saveurs nous attendait dans le réfrigérateur. Francesca est une très belle personne au grand coeur.Nous avons quitté une amie.

Wir hatten für 3 Nächte gebucht und haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen.Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, nur die Kochecke etwas klein.Die Ferienwohnung ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet, es ist alles da, was man für ein paar Tage braucht. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimageräten ausgestattet.Der sehr große Garten steht auch zur Verfügung, eine Terrasse mit Grill ist vorhanden und auch ein Doppelbett mit Überdachung zum chillen oder auch zum Schlafen unter freiem Himmel.Absolut unübertroffen die Gastfreundschaft von Francesca, der Vermieterin. Tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen, immer da, wenn man was braucht und auch immer für ein SmallTalk zu haben. Ihre drei Hunde sind auch sehr liebevoll und kommen gerne mal für eine Streicheleinheit vorbei, wenn man im Garten ist. In die Ferienwohnung sind sie, außer bei der Begrüßung nie gekommen.Kurz: wer italienische Gastfreundschaft erleben will und hier nicht eincheckt, ist selber Schuld. Falls wir wieder mal hier in der Nähe Urlaub machen, dann auf jeden Fall hier.

Dejlig lejlighed og en sød, rar og perfekt værtinde. Udendørs område med terrassen kunne dog optimeres, men ellers skønt sted.

Superbe sejour

Superbe acceuil de franchesca avec des petites spécialités italiennes ( délicieux ) Nous avions 2 chambres avec ventilateurs Une belle cuisine bien équipée. Il y avait une douche dans la salle de bains. En extérieur, il y a un superbe espace de detente avec y compris des animaux. Notre hote nous a conseillé des endroits de sorties et et des commerces.sans aucune hesitations , nous conseillons vivement.

Hervorragend

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst nett und freundlich und haben uns sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend, wodurch wir unsere Zeit dort sehr genießen konnten. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen reibungslos, was den Start und das Ende unseres Aufenthalts sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die familienfreundliche Atmosphäre. Unsere Kinder waren überglücklich und haben sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Auch die Hunde der Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und trugen zur angenehmen Stimmung bei. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Ein Paradies für Familien!

Wir verbrachten vom 22. Juni 2024 bis zum 8. Juli 2024 einen traumhaften Urlaub in Italien, und es war zweifellos einer der schönsten Urlaube, die wir je hatten. Unsere wunderbare Gastgeberin Francesca empfing uns mit offenen Armen und machte unseren Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Von Anfang an fühlten wir uns wie zu Hause. Francesca ist nicht nur unglaublich lieb, sondern auch äußerst hilfsbereit und gab uns zahlreiche wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Ihr Wissen über die Region und ihre Empfehlungen haben unseren Urlaub enorm bereichert. Das Grundstück, auf dem wir wohnten, war einfach bezaubernd. Es gab so viel zu entdecken! Unsere Kinder waren besonders begeistert von den Ziegen und Hühnern, die sie jeden Tag besuchten. Die drei lieben Hunde auf dem Gelände haben uns ebenfalls im Sturm erobert und wurden schnell zu unseren treuen Begleitern. Das Meer ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt, sodass wir spontan zu wunderschönen Stränden aufbrechen konnten. Die Tage am Meer waren entspannt und voller Spaß, perfekt für die ganze Familie. Die Umgebung bietet eine Vielzahl an Freizeitmöglichkeiten, von Wanderungen über kulturelle Ausflüge bis hin zu kulinarischen Entdeckungsreisen. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt bei Francesca ein voller Erfolg. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und jeden Moment genossen. Wir können diesen Ort wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon darauf, hoffentlich bald wiederkommen zu dürfen. Vielen Dank !

Tolle Gastgeber, schöne Zeit, klare Empfehlung!

Bei Francesca und Manuel haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Warmherzige Begrüßung, große Hilfsbereitschaft in allen Situationen und nette Gespräche. Der Garten ist riesig, gemütliche Schattenplätze, naturbelassene Bereiche und die vielen Tiere (Hunde, Ziegen, Hühner, Schildkröten...) schafften für uns und unsere Kinder ein wahres Paradies. Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Les propriétaires sont très gentils , nous avons été trés bien accueilllis avec de quoi nous restaurer le soir même. Francesca parle très bien le français et nous avons pu bien discuter de divers sujets . Petite anecdote : le dimanche , lendemain de notre arrivée , le réfrigérateur est tombé en panne, le temps d 'aller faire une balade , il nous en mis un autre ,ça c'est du service. Rien à dire de négatif , ah si elle ne sait modifier la météo ! (Francesca comprendra , c'est une blague entre nous , bien évidemment)

Urlaub in der Toskane

Wir hatten zwei sehr schoene Wochen: herrliches Sommerwetter(wenn auch dann und wann ein bisschen heiss!) in einer wundervollen Umgebung und als zuhause ein nettes Appartment! Und die Gastgeber, Francesca und Manuel, sehr gastfreundlich und hilfreich bei Fragen und Problemen (die wir leider hatten!), kurz: phantastische Leute!

Stupenda Esperienza

Esperienza meravigliosa sicuramente da ripetere in un contesto immerso nel verde dei boschi circostanti. Ideale per chi vuole avvicinarsi alla natura ed abbandonare il caos frenetico e rumoroso delle città moderne, qui udirete solo i rumori della natura. Proprietari molto cordiali e disponibili per ogni esigenza.

Ottima esperienza!!

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti e la proprietaria è stata molto cordiale assecondando molte nostre esigenze, purtroppo abbiamo potuto goderci poco il giardino perché non ci siamo mai stati ma il posto è molto carino!!!

Familiäre Idylle

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in dieser sehr empfehlenswerten Unterkunft verbracht. Sie umfasst das komplette obere Stockwerk des auf den Fotos gezeigten Hauses und umfasst ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohn-/Schlaf-/Esszimmer, eine Küche und ein Bad. Es ist keine abgeschlossene Wohnung, in der man hinter sich die Tür abschließt, sondern Teil des Wohnhauses der Gastgebenden, was zu keinem Zeitpunkt störte!! Wir waren Teil der Familie, mi casa es su casa war nicht nur daher gesagt sondern wird bei Francesca und Manuel gelebt! Alles ist sehr schön, authentisch und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (ein scharfes Messer habe ich immer dabei, das kann ich also nicht beurteilen ;-)!). Im riesigen Außenbereich ist eine schöne Terasse und auf einer Wiese sogar ein großes Bett für die sehr warmen Nächte. Es ist kein Smart-Home, sondern eine authentische, italienische Unterkunft! Zusätzlich zu der schönen Unterkunft ist die Betreuung durch die Gastgebenden Francesca und Manuel ein Traum gewesen. Bei unserer Ankunft waren Köstlichkeiten im Kühlschrank - Bruschetta, Pasta mit Pesto, Käse, Wein, Quellwasser, ..., und wir haben vieles aus dem Garten bekommen - Tomaten, Auberginen, Pflaumen, Kräuter, .... Wir haben viele sehr hilfreiche Informationen erhalten, aber auch unabhängig von der Unterkunft interessante Gespräche geführt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!!

Bellissima scoperta

bellissima scoperta, luogo tranquillo e ben posizionato, l'appartamento è curato, pulito, completo di tutti i comfort. Siamo stati coccolati e viziati, nulla da dire, anzi torneremo sicuramente in questa struttura. Grazie a Francesca per la cortesia e la disponibilità.

Ottima accoglienza e ambiente familiare.

La casa è accogliente ed immersa nel verde. Ottima accoglienza ed ambiebte tranquillo e familiare, a contatto con la natura. Tranquilla e nello stesso tempo a pochi km dal mare.
