We really enjoyed our stay. The two houses were perfect to host our family of 8 (6 adults, 2 small children). It was great to have the backyard for alfresco dining! And the air conditioning in all rooms was appreciated in the summer heat.The location can’t be beat - around 7 minutes walk to both the beach and the train station, with numerous restaurants and stores nearby. The large park a few blocks away was a bonus for children, as it has a lot of attractions and activities for them.Communication with both the host (the owner of the house) and the manager was very smooth. Our questions were answered in a timely manner and all reasonable requests were kindly fulfilled. There was a small hiccup with the internet access, but it was handled very attentively, too.We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Such an amazing time!

Ein typisches Stadthaus im Viareggio-Style, ein wenig museeal, da der Eigentümer einen Faible für stilvolle alte Möbel, Bilder und dunkles Parkett hat. Alles vorhanden, was man brauchen kann; leider hatte das WLAN während unseres Aufenthaltes einen Totalausfall, das war natürlich etwas "uncomfortable". Besonders nett ist es, das Frühstück im Freien im schönen Innenhof einzunehmen! Das Haus liegt gleichermaßen günstig zu Fuss zum Meer und der "Passegiata", als auch zum Bahnhof. Um sich hier wie dort die Parkplatzsuche zu ersparen, ist es sehr empfehlenswert, Pisa, Lucca, Pietrasanta oder sogar Florenz mit der Bahn zu besuchen! Die Parkplatz-Lotterie ist leider sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig in Viareggio... Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war hervorragend, besonders die Vermittlerin vor Ort ist unheimlich freundlich, extrem bemüht und hilfsbereit sowie zugewandt. Alles in allem hatten wir 7 schöne Tage in der Versilia und können dieses Ferienhaus durchaus weiter empfehlen!

Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit nützlichen Tipps (https://www.frontedelportoviareggio.it/), sehr saubere, gepflegte Wohnung. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene, hatten genug Raum um uns zwischen den Opern ( https://www.puccinifestival.it/en/), Spaziergängen am Meer, im Park, auf dem Markt .... zu erholen. Obschon mitten in der Altstadt ist die Whg. ruhig gelegen.

Alles bestens

Für unseren Aufenthalt zu viert einfach perfekt. Hier wurde an alles gedacht, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber, sowie zur Kontaktperson vor Ort, lief immer reibungslos. Beide sehr freundlich. Auch eine zusätzliche spontane Übernachtung unseres Fahrers war, nach Absprache problemlos möglich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheken und das Meer sind nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Rundum zufrieden gewesen.

Ottima sistemazione

Sono stato a Viareggio diverse volte in diverse sistemazioni e questa è stata una delle migliori. Posizione tattica vicino a pineta e lungomare. Parcheggio agevole (a Viareggio tutto a pagamento) Casa dotata di tutti i comfort. Il bagno è uno spettacolo, camere spaziose.

Super Sommerurlaub in Viareggio

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Lage und dem Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung! Alles gut erreichbar nur die Parkplätze sind sehr rar. Alles in allem ein super Ort für einen tollen Urlaub am Meer und schöne Städte sind auch zu besichtigen. Zum empfehlen 👍
