Fantastic Villa

We have been here with our kids (1&8), we had a great time. The villa is clean aswell the pool and garden. The villa is perfect located. Rental valley, who managed the place is always available if you have a problem and they solve it professionally and fast! We absolutely come back!

Villa Alegria

Happy with our stay in Villa Alegria and would highly recommend to others.Need a car or use Uber/Bolt as a bit remote but all in all an enjoyable stay.

Quiet and relaxing

We had a fabulous stay. Had everything we needed to bbq and make home made meals. The pool was perfect during the heatwave. The local restaurants were very good.

The villa is dated and its location is not great. Welcome pack was shampoo and laundry pouch. No pool towels provided and when I asked about a mid stay bed linen and towel change was advised additional payment of 70 euros. Rented villas for over twenty years and never experienced this.Dogs barking constantly.Communication with Rental Valley was good.

Um pouco insatisfeita

Para a falta de luz fora da casa, a fuga de água e o barulho dos cães e da bomba de água a trabalhar toda a noite,acho que será o suficiente para pensar melhor para uma próxima Sem falar na entrada de eletricista, técnico da água e jardineiro,que em dois vieram resolver o que podia ter sido feito antes de eu entrar.

Grosse déception

A notre arrivée nous avons été heureux de découvrir une villa identique aux photos. Mais nous avons vite déchanté dès la 1ère nuit. L’eau courante arrive par un système de pompe située juste derrière la cuisine. Celle-ci se mettais en marche par à coup et en continue. Elle résonnait dans toute la maison et nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit. A cela s’est rajouté des aboiements de chiens dans la villa d’en face et celle accolée à la nôtre. Ces chiens sont en semi liberté et aboient s’en cesse jusqu’au levé du jour. Nous avons prévenu l’agence pour la pompe mais on nous dis que la pompe est neuve et qu’il n’y a rien à faire. Puis finalement celle-ci fini par se mettre en marche uniquement quand on allumait l’eau. 2ème nuit au calme (si on fait abstraction des chiens). D’autres problèmes surgissent! Pas d’eau chaude, niveau de la piscine qui descend très rapidement laissant de ce fait les buses faire un bruit désagréable (a cela, on nous laisse l’accès à la pompe pour mettre le niveau chaque jour), aucun passage pour l’entretien piscine (la seule fois ou une personne est venue, elle a jetée un tuyau d’aspiration sur le bord en nous lâchant un « hello » qui faisait froid dans le dos). Le pire n’était pas venu. Au 5ème jour, une personne a essayé de rentrer en pleine nuit par la fenêtre de mon fils qui est venu me prévenir de suite! En sortant, les chiens aboyaient, la lumière automatique du garage était allumée et la porte du portail ouverte. Nous n’avons que peu dormi les 2 derniers jours. Quand j’ai prévenu l’agence, une fois de plus, on me demande si j’ai appelé la police. Vu la réaction banale, cela doit être normal! Je passe certains détails mais dans l’ensemble, je déconseille cette villa si vous voulez passer une semaine au calme et en sécurité!

We hebben een super fijne verblijf gehad.

Vanaf de boeking is alles soepel gegaan, elke vraag die ik stelde via de chat werd ik snel geholpen. Heel netjes en schoon, zou er zo weer terug gaan!

Excellent property.

Highly recommended. We had 2 kids aged 2 and 9. Loads of space, outdoor area fantastic, pool is gorgeous and a good size. We hired a car which you would need but only 10/15 mins from the marina, beaches, supermarket. 20min from airport. 25/30min from zoo marine, krazy zoo. WiFi excellent (handy tip bring a Google chrome if you have 1). Air con units are a high grade very good. The only recommendation I would have is that the mattresses could be upgraded but it didn't hinder our stay.
